The present disclosure relates to a stamp, comprising at least a stamping component and a stamping insert. The stamping component is formed of a top part and a bottom part with a cushion -receiving element and the stamping insert is connected to the top part via a reversing mechanism. The stamping insert is mounted via a continuous axle in an axle bearing element. In the resting position a text plate and/or MB unit (mounted band unit) mounted on the impression unit butts against an ink cartridge with ink pad soaked with stamping ink in the cushion-receiving element and in a stamping process for producing a stamp impression in a stamp position the stamping insert can be shifted by the reversing mechanism into a stamping position. The axle bearing element can be inserted and fastened in the top part via guide webs.

The technology is relates to a stamp with a pivotable stamping insert. The stamp includes a top part with a pair of side faces; a bottom part; a receiving device for an exchangeable ink cartridge with pad having grip elements and a stamping insert with a text plate positioned in the bottom part. The stamping insert is configured to move in a vertical direction from a resting position into a stamping position for producing a stamp impression by the text plate by means of a reversing mechanism. The reversing mechanism includes a reversing opening on a rear side of the top part for the stamping insert, and on each side face of the pair of side faces there is one grip opening for reaching through to the bottom part to the grip elements of the exchangeable ink cartridge with pad.

In some embodiments, a stamp may include at least one stamping component and one stamping insert. The stamping component may be formed of a top part with a handle element and a bottom part with a cushion-receiving element. The stamping insert may be connected so as to move synchronously via a reversing mechanism having a slide track in the bottom part via an shaft or trunnion to the top part. In the resting position a text plate mounted on the stamping insert may abut against an ink pad soaked with ink in the cushion-receiving element. The stamping insert with the text plate can be shifted by the reversing mechanism into a stamping position. In some embodiments, a stamp with metallic elements, may comprise at least one stamping component and one stamping insert. The stamping component may be formed of a top part with a handle element and a bottom part with a cushion-receiving element. The stamping insert may be connected so as to move synchronously via a reversing mechanism having a slide track in the bottom part via a shaft or trunnion to the top part. In the resting position a text plate mounted on the stamping insert may abut against an ink pad soaked with ink in the cushion-receiving element. The metallic elements can be attached from the outside onto the top and bottom parts formed from plastic material and these are fixed via a fastening system of the upper and lower parts. The metal part of the bottom part is fixed on a surface of the plastic part.

In some embodiments, a system includes a stamp, a band gear, a bridge, a driver, and a drive unit, in particular an ABU, preferably for a band gear in an impression unit for a stamp (). The system includes at least an adjustment wheel with a driver, and a so-called bridge. A band is fastened over the driver and around the bridge. When the adjustment wheel is actuated, the band is adjusted via the driver. The driver of the band gear is formed from at least two different materials, in particular a 2C injection-moulded component. The outer component butting against the band or conveyor band, respectively, has a low thickness preferably of less than 1.5 mm, in particular 0.4 to 0.8 mm.

A method includes producing a stamp impression with UV-curable ink with a preferably self-inking stamp. The invention describes an embossing stamp comprising at least a base unit in which a retaining device is disposed on one side to retain a die plate holder and an operating device is disposed on a further side. The operating device is constructed such that it directly or indirectly acts on the retaining device, wherein a pivot of the operating device is disposed in the base unit. The base unit and/or the operating device are modular in construction, wherein the side walls are at least partially formed by panels which are positioned with respect to each other and fastened via half-shells and/or connecting means.

In some embodiments, a stamp comprising at least one stamping component and one stamping insert with a mounted band unit. The stamping component may comprise a top part and a bottom part with a cushion-receiving element. The mounted band unit may be connected so as to move synchronously via a reversing mechanism in the bottom part to the top part. In the resting position a text plate mounted on the stamping insert and a stamping area of the mounted band unit may abut against an ink pad soaked with ink in the cushion-receiving element. During a stamping process for producing a stamp impression the stamping insert can be shifted via the reversing mechanism into a stamping position. On the stamping insert, a height adjustment element for the mounted band unit and/or a text plate carrier may be provided.
