A clamp assembly has a clamp with a clamp band and a clamping device for clamping the clamping band and has a heat protection device with a housing and at least one insulating layer. The housing has a respective wall at each axial end face, the wall being divided into sections and protruding radially inwards, and the at least one insulating layer can be positioned between the walls of the housing. The clamp can be surrounded at least in some regions by the housing and/or the at least one insulating layer of the heat protection device, and the heat protection device is designed to be connectable to the clamp.

A clamp for fastening an object in the form of a tube or hose, having an elongate clamp strap at each of the ends of which there is provided a radially outwardly projecting fastening leg, and having a rubber profile which is provided on the radial inner face of the clamp strap and which at least partially engages around each of the edges of the clamp strap by way of a lip. At least one first holding geometry is provided on the radial inner face of the clamp strap, and at least one second holding geometry is provided on the radial outer face of the rubber profile.

The invention relates to a clamp (), in particular for fastening tubular objects to an underlying surface, comprising a clamp band (), which has a first peripheral end () having a first leg () and a second peripheral end () having a second leg (), and comprising at least one clip (), which is arranged on at least one of the legs () on a side opposite the other leg (). The problem addressed by the invention is that of designing such a clamp in a simple manner and provide said clamp economically. This problem is solved in that the clamp band () has at least one projection (), which interacts with the at least one clip ().

Clamp

A profile clamp is disclosed having an annular clamping band that comprises two circumferential ends having respectively one tensioning head () and, at its axial ends, flanks sloped radially inwards, wherein the tensioning heads () are connected to one another by a tensioning device and at least one tensioning head () comprises a head contact tab (). The object is to reduce the requirements for precision during installation. For this purpose, it is provided that the head contact tab () projects past the tensioning head () on at least one side in an axial direction.

Profile clamp

A clamp for securing a tubular or hose-shaped object on a support. The clamp includes a clamp jacket having first and second ends, wherein a first leg protrudes from the first end of the clamp jacket and a second leg projects from the second end of the clamp jacket. The first leg has a lug which in the open state protrudes in the direction of the second leg. The second leg includes a fastening section which can be inserted into a gap between the lug and a neighboring portion of the first leg located opposite the lug, wherein, in the closed state of the clamp, the lug is plastically deformed toward the outer side of the fastening section facing away from the first leg.

Clamp for securing a tubular or hose-shaped object

A pipe clamp for connecting two partially insertable pipes has a clamping strap that is placed circumferentially about the spherical end sections of the pipes inserted into one another. The clamping strap has two outwardly projecting clamping jaws provided with a hole through which a clamping screw extends. The clamping strap is curved about a transverse axis that is positioned for coaxially inserted pipes in the untightened state of the clamping strap in a central plane of the clamping strap extending perpendicularly to the coaxial center axes of the pipes at a spacing from a center of the spherical end sections of the pipes. The inner radius of the clamping strap in the untightened state is smaller than the outer radius of the spherical end sections such that the sum of the spacing and of the inner radius is greater than the outer radius of the end sections.

Pipe clamp

A connection of a hose clamp and a hose has a rubber-elastic ring that surrounds the hose detachably and with elastic pretension. The ring is positioned underneath a clamp strap of the hose clamp. The ring has radial hook-shaped first projections for locking the clamp strap of the hose clamp between the first projections by engaging across edges of the clamp strap. The first projections are formed on edges of the ring. The thickness of the ring in an area located axially between the first projections is 5% to 9% of the wall thickness of the hose.

A pipe coupling includes two sealing rings, each corresponding to one of the pipes. A sleeve is disposed within a retention device. The sleeve has axial end portions, each of which rests against one face of the sealing rings. The retention device has inwardly open grooves, one side wall of which rests against the respective axially inner sides of the axial end portions of the sleeve. The other side wall of the inwardly open grooves exerts an axial force on the other faces of the sealing rings as the clip is clamped, thereby pressing the sealing rings against the pipes.

Pipe coupling

A one piece, flat band clamp includes a clamp band and a snap closure. The snap closure includes a catch hook disposed at the radial outer end of a first clamping jaw. An abutment is formed near a free end of a stem, which is connected at an essentially right angle to the outer radial end of a second clamping jaw. The catch hook is narrower in axial width than the clamp. In the closed position of the snap closure, the hook engages in an opening of the stem.

One-piece flat band clamp

A profile clamp includes a clamp band that has a first axial end, a second axial end, a first circumferential end portion and a second circumferential end portion. A first flange depends from the first axial end. A second flange depends from the second axial end. A first clamping wall projects radially outwardly from the first circumferential end portion. A second clamping wall projects radially outwardly from the second circumferential end portion. An approximately radially extending locking hook is disposed at a free end of the first clamping wall to form a slightly angled tongue. An approximately circumferentially extending web is connected to a radial outer end of the second clamping wall. The web has an opening disposed adjacent to a free end of the web. The free end of the web is angled slightly radially outwardly. The opening is defined by a plurality of edges. An abutment is formed by at least one of the edges. The abutment, together with the locking hook, forms a snap closure that is actuated by moving the first clamping wall towards the second clamping wall so that the clamp band moves from an open position to a closed position. The hook has a width that is smaller than a width of the web. The first and second clamping walls each have side flanges that merge into the flanges of the adjacent clamp band. In the closed position, a stop for the web is formed by a radially outwardly facing surface of the first clamping wall and a radially outwardly facing surface of the side flanges of the first clamping wall. The stop is disposed adjacent to the locking hook.

A pipe clamp wherein a C-shaped elastic holder cooperates with a U-shaped confining member to define a space which can receive a pipe with at least some radial play. The end portions of the holder are biased away from each other by an arcuate intermediate portion which extends along an arc of more than 180 degrees, and the end portions of the holder have openings for reception of inwardly bent lugs on the legs of the U-shaped confining member. The end portions are further formed with ramps which guide the lugs toward and into the respective openings when the confining member is in the process of being affixed to the holder. The end portions of the holder move apart as soon as the lugs move into register with the respective openings whereby the lugs are compelled to enter the openings to thereby couple the confining member to the holder. The latter has two corrugations which are adjacent the respective legs and are spaced apart from each other by a distance less than the diameter of the pipe in the space between the holder and the confining member.
