The present disclosure is directed towards systems and methods for detecting deviations from a standard document in a document being analyzed. The inventive systems and methods include performing a first level analysis to detect portions of a standard that are identical to, similar to, deleted from, and added to a document being evaluated. A second level analysis may be applied to those portions of the standard that are similar, but not identical to, portions of the document being evaluated to assist a user in identifying similarities and differences between the two portions of text.

In embodiments, an unstructured file is received, and a predefined template is selected. The present disclosure is directed towards systems and methods for detecting deviations between documents and portions thereof, extracting information from text and detecting deviations between obligations. Deviations between sentences containing obligations are detected by classifying the sentences, identifying components of the obligations and identifying differences between the obligation components.

The present disclosure is directed towards systems and methods for finding documents that are similar to a reference text. The inventive systems and methods examine a set of collected documents to determine the facts present in those documents by, for example, extracting triplets and expanding them. A user's input reference text is similarly examined to extract and expand triplets therein and the facts identified with respect to the reference text are used as a basis to find documents having similar facts. The present disclosure is also related to systems and methods for mining facts from documents relating to a primary source such as a piece of legislation and using the mined facts to improve the results of subsequent searches.

The present disclosure is directed towards systems and methods for detecting deviations between documents and portions thereof, extracting information from text and detecting deviations between obligations. Information is extracted by identifying defined terms and their definitions in input text as well as by identifying portions of different input texts relevant to a point of interest and detecting deviations in those portions between the different input texts.

The present disclosure relates to methods and systems for ingesting content from data feeds and to generate an enhanced output of relevant content for presentation to a user to facilitate analysis of the relevant content. In accordance with one aspect, the present disclosure is directed to of determining relative importance of a plurality of entities in a supply chain of a company. One way of doing this is identifying for the company, the plurality of entities in the supply chain, and determining the relative importance of each of the plurality of entities within the supply chain. The relative importance is determined via at least one processor circuit programmed to determine, for each respective entity in the supply chain, a relative buying power, a supplier revenue fraction, and an industry revenue exposure. The processor circuit is programmed to compute a relative importance score for each respective entity in the supply chain, as a function of the determined buying power, supplier fraction, and industry revenue exposure for the respective entity.
