A vehicle front structure, which can improve structural strength to protect a high voltage electrical component and improve collision safety performance, is provided. The vehicle front structure includes: a side frame, disposed on a side part of a vehicle and extending in a vehicle front-rear direction; a sub-frame, installed below the side frame and supporting a suspension component; a high voltage electrical component, disposed below a floor panel and located behind the sub-frame; a reinforcing frame, disposed around the high voltage electrical component; and a block component, disposed at a front end of the reinforcing frame. The block component has an inclined surface, and the inclined surface is inclined upward toward the sub-frame.

Vehicle front structure

A power conversion device includes a main body portion that converts inputted current, an output portion that is separate from the main body portion and includes an output terminal portion that outputs current converted by the main body portion, and a conductive member that connects the main body portion and the output portion with each other and transmits the current from the main body portion to the output terminal portion.

Power conversion device and vehicle

A driving unit includes a rotary electric machine which has a rotation axis extending in a horizontal direction, a rotary electric machine case, and an electric power conversion device. The electric power conversion device is disposed on one side of the rotary electric machine in an orthogonal direction. A first coolant is stored in a rotary electric machine accommodating portion of the rotary electric machine case. The driving unit has a first connecting portion electrically connecting the rotary electric machine and the electric power conversion device and a second connecting portion electrically connecting a sensor provided to the rotary electric machine and the electric power conversion device. The first connecting portion and the second connecting portion are disposed between the rotary electric machine and the electric power conversion device in the orthogonal direction.

Driving unit and vehicle

A driving unit includes a rotary electric machine which has a rotation axis extending in a horizontal direction, a rotary electric machine case, and an electric power conversion device. The electric power conversion device has an electric power conversion device case and is disposed on one side of the rotary electric machine in an orthogonal direction. The electric power conversion device case is fixed to the rotary electric machine case. At either the electric power conversion device case or the rotary electric machine case, a guide portion protruding in the orthogonal direction and extending in the rotation axis direction is formed above a connecting portion where the rotary electric machine and the electric power conversion device are electrically connected.

Driving unit

[Means for Solution] A gear member includes a tooth having a tooth flank whose profile is an involute curve, wherein in a cross-section of the tooth perpendicular to a face width direction, the tooth has a depression, near a top land, hollowed in the tooth flank relative to the involute curve.

Gear member

Disclosed is a motor unit that includes: a rotary electrical machine that has a cylindrical stator, a rotor disposed coaxially with the stator, a shaft disposed coaxially with the rotor, and a cylindrical case that houses the stator and the rotor; and a drive unit that has a swell swelling toward the case and is fixed to a circumferential surface that is located in a radial direction of the rotor and is the case. The case has a recess that corresponds to the swell.

Motor unit

A drive unit includes: a rotating electric machine having a rotation axis extending in a horizontal direction; a rotating electric machine case; and a power conversion device. The power conversion device is arranged on one side of the rotating electric machine in an orthogonal direction. The power conversion device includes a first connector to which a first electric power line through which electric power supplied to the rotating electric machine and electric power supplied from the rotating electric machine flow are connected. The first connector is provided on a first end side and is arranged to protrude from the power conversion device at a predetermined angle in a direction away from the rotating electric machine in the orthogonal direction, as the first connector goes away from the power conversion device in the rotation axis direction, when viewed from above.

Drive unit

A drive unit includes: a rotating electric machine having a rotation axis extending in a horizontal direction; a rotating electric machine case which accommodates the rotating electric machine; and a power conversion device converting electric power supplied to the rotating electric machine and electric power supplied from the rotating electric machine. The power conversion device is arranged on one side of the rotating electric machine. A first connector portion, to which a power line connected to a battery is connected, is provided on an upper portion of the power conversion device to face the horizontal direction. The first connector portion includes an internal connection portion connected to a conductive member arranged inside the power conversion device, and the first connector portion has a configuration in which the internal connection portion permits access from an upper side of the power conversion device.

A vehicle includes a drive unit. The driving unit includes an electric rotary machine and a power conversion device. The drive unit is connected to a cooling liquid introduction pipe for introducing a cooling liquid to the drive unit, and the drive unit is connected to a cooling liquid discharge pipe for discharging the cooling liquid from the drive unit. The cooling liquid introduction pipe is connected to a cooling liquid introduction pipe connecting portion. The cooling liquid discharge pipe is connected to a cooling liquid discharge pipe connecting portion. The cooling liquid introduction pipe connecting portion and the cooling liquid discharge pipe connecting portion are provided above a lower end portion of the drive unit to connect the cooling liquid introduction pipe and the cooling liquid discharge pipe from the vehicle width direction of the drive unit.

Vehicle

Provided a transmission including a first shaft, a second shaft connected thereto via a shift gear mechanism provided to a first shaft and generating a rotary output corresponding to a selected shift gear, a planetary gear mechanism, a transmission case for housing the planetary gear mechanism and a mounting member for fixing a ring gear of the planetary gear mechanism to the case. To the mounting member, an abutment support portion is formed for supporting the case by abutting to an inter-shaft portion positioned between the first shaft and the second shaft in the case.

Transmission

A planetary gear mechanism has a sun gear disposed to a rotating shaft, a plurality of pinion gears, a carrier supporting the plurality of the pinion gears, a ring gear meshing with the pinion gear on the outer diameter side of the carrier and a case holding the ring gear on the outer diameter side thereof. The ring gear is slidable in the axial direction of the rotating shaft with respect to the case. The planetary gear mechanism has a load transmission member abutting to an inner diameter side end portion of the ring gear and holding the carrier and the ring gear so as to be relatively rotatable. The load transmission member transmits an axial load from the ring gear to the carrier.

Planetary gear mechanism and transmission

Electric vehicle driving system

To allow attachment of pinion shafts in their phased states only in simple steps which do not require a crimping step and a special device. A pinion shaft support structure for a planetary gear includes pinion gears, pinion shafts for pivotally supporting the pinion gears, and a carrier having a plurality of shaft support holes for rotatably supporting the pinion shafts, the pinion shafts being supported by the shaft support holes. The pinion shaft support structure includes stepped portions formed on end surfaces of the pinion shafts and a fall-out prevention washer which is mounted on the carrier to be capable of locking the stepped portions. An outer circumferential rim of the fall-out prevention washer mounted on the carrier faces the stepped portions of the respective pinion shafts inserted into the plurality of respective shaft support holes and is capable of locking the stepped portions, and the pinion shafts are thereby positioned (phased) in their rotational directions.
