The invention relates to a heating device and in particular to an element of a floor heating device. Known floor heating devices comprise heating means which are arranged underneath floor coverings, for example, below stone plates, tiles, parquet elements or laminated panels. Those heating means can be made of electrically heatable films which are arranged close to the surface of a covering in order to directly heat the room.

The invention relates to a device for drying shoes, gloves or garments comprising a fan which produces an airflow and which is accommodated in a housing. The housing comprises two openings that are connected to two tube sockets which are arranged opposite one another and which are fastened to said housing. The tube sockets are connected to tubes for guiding the airflow. To this end, the tube sockets are angular and one end of each tube socket is rotatably connected to the housing while forming a swivel joint.

A sun visor assembly for an automotive vehicle has a sun visor panel and at least one lighting element flush mounted on the sun visor panel. The lighting element is an electroluminescent film electrically connected to a triggering device for energizing the electroluminescent film illuminating the sun visor panel.

A supporting part for a seat has at least one plastic layer made of a material composed of thermally reversibly deformable material. The plastic layer can be shaped from a first shape into any predeterminable second shape at a shaping temperature higher than its temperature of use and can be fixed in this reversible shape at a temperature range lower than the shaping temperature. This layer can also be returned to its first shape by reheating it up to the shaping temperature. Another layer arranged as a heating layer is provided to apply a thermal treatment to the intermediate layer made of a material that can also o be reversibly deformable.

An external mirror assembly for an automotive vehicle has a shell having an aperture. A mirror is carried by the shell, substantially occluding the aperture. The mirror assembly has a lighting element having an electroluminescent film electrically connected to a triggering device for energizing the film and illuminating the mirror assembly. The triggering device includes first and second switches for generating a series of high and low frequency pulses and a control device connected to each of the switch for triggering each of the switches to illuminate the lighting element in either a flashing or continuous pattern.

A heated mirror has a heating element thermally bonded to the rear surface and a transparent conductive coating applied to its front surface and divided by a narrow gap into portion between which the capacitance and resistance will be influenced by moisture. Changes in resistance and/or capacitance of the coating are sensed and used to control the leaking element so as to apply heat to the microns when fogging occurs.
