A screen apparatus for screening granulate, in particular moist and/or dry granulate, having a screen housing having a base, a cover and a side wall, an inlet for the granulate arranged on the screen housing, an outlet for the screened granulate arranged on the screen housing, a screen arranged in the screen housing and an inlet for transfer air. The outlet for the screened granulate, which is arranged on the screen housing is arranged on the side wall of the screen housing.

Screen apparatus

Rotary dryer star and method for treating solid particles

The invention starts out from a fluidizing apparatus () for conditioning solid particles, consisting of a distribution chamber (), a turbulence chamber (), wherein the turbulence chamber () has separating walls () or the like for conveying solid particles along a conveyor path, a solid particle inlet unit () as well as a solid particle outlet unit () and a flow receiving base (), wherein an air distribution plate () is arranged below the flow receiving base (), and opening ratios, which result through openings () in the air distribution plate (), vary.

Fluidizing device

An apparatus to introduce a defined amount of a second powder into a process container in which a first powder or a powder mixture is present, includes a coupling flange having a cover flap located on the process container. The second powder is introduced into a tubular cartridge mounted displaceably in a transport unit, the latter including a joining flange having a cover flap. The joining flange is joinable to the coupling flange so that the respective cover flaps can be opened, and the cartridge can be pushed through openings thereby provided into the plane of the inner wall of the process container. The second powder is emptied from the cartridge into the process container by a delivery piston. The cartridge may include a piston rod having multiple pistons. Other embodiments include a double piston, a rotatable cartridge core or a rotary closure.

Device for introducing a defined amount of a second powder into a process container

The invention relates to a device for collecting samples from a powder stream guided in a powder line (). The device comprises a housing () that is disposed on the powder line (), a slide () which comprises a sample well () disposed upwardly relative to the powder stream, and a pushing device. There is a sample container () provided that matches the sample well (). An associated withdrawal device () comprising withdrawal tongs () can be inserted into the housing () in such a way that the withdrawal tongs () are located axially above the sample well () in the inoperative position of the slide () and can be fitted on the sample container () and connected to the same.

Device for collecting samples from a powder stream

An automatically or manually operable closure system for a closing flap on a transport container is situated on the container frame and a docking stand at an unloading station. A rotating device for moving the closing flap is provided on the docking stand and a locking device for locking the closing flap in the closed position is provided on the container frame. A flap shaft, whose other end is mounted rotatably in the container frame and is implemented as a first connection element, engages axially to the rotational axis of the closing flap. The first connection element is axially coupled using a torsion-fixed tongue-groove pair to an axially displaceable second connection element. Formfitting coupling elements are provided on the second connection element and on the driveshaft for moving the closing flap.

Locking system for a closing flap

A container mixer comprising a loadbearing device, a mixer arm () and a docking unit () for holding a container (). The mixer arm () is mounted on the rotatable part of a first rotary device () having a horizontal first axis of rotation (), whose fixed part is held on a loadbearing device, and the docking unit () is mounted on the rotatable part of a second rotary device () having a second axis of rotation (), whose fixed part is held on the mixer arm (). The fixed part of the first rotary device () can also be mounted on a lifting carriage () which is vertically displaceably mounted on the loadbearing device. The axes of rotation of the first and second rotary device () can be arranged in such a way that their axes of rotation () intersect within the container ().

Container mixer

The invention relates to a flushing device for a sealing system on a housing element with a sealing surface and an associated closing element with a radially outer elastic seal, comprising at least one source for a flushing medium, an annular channel arranged in the housing element, and an annular gap, out of which the flushing medium can pass, the annular gap being closed by the radially outer elastic seal in the closed position of the closing element. At least one further closable outlet is provided for the flushing medium on the annular channel. At least one side of the opening of the annular gap is of undulating or serrated design. In accordance with the process for using the flushing device, with the closing element closed and the annular gap closed and with the further outlet open, a flushing medium is let into the annular channel from the source and is let out via the further outlet.

Rinsing device for a sealing system, and process for using the same

An apparatus for the forming a covering on surfaces of solid bodies in a coating chamber. The covering is homogeneous and has a constant layer thickness on the surface of the solid bodies while being flexible for use of different liquids including solid materials. A liquid including solid materials is fed to a surface rotating about an axis of rotation, or a surface area of a rotating member. Channel and/or nozzle members forming liquid droplets are arranged on a radially outer edge area of the rotating member.

Apparatus for the formation of coverings on surfaces of solid bodies in a coating chamber

A sealing system on a first structural element having a first through-opening, including a first closing flap rotatable about an axis for closing the first through-opening. The sealing system can be coupled to a second structural element. The first closing flap is provided with a first dynamic seal on the radial outer circumference thereof. An elastic seal is provided on the wall of the first through-opening and adjacent the first dynamic seal. The inner diameter of the elastic seal is smaller in the non-operated state than the outer diameter of the first closing flap. The first structural element is provided with a second closing flap which essentially matches the first closing flap and can be swivelled together with the first closing flap. The dynamic seal can be inflated radially towards the outside by means of inner pressure when the first closing flap is in the closing position and in such a way that the elastic seal is at least partially and radially displaced towards the outside.
