A freewheel having inner and outer machine parts which are rotatable with respect to one another about an axis. One machine part has a smooth cylindrical clamping track, and the other machine part is provided on its circumferential face facing the smooth cylindrical clamping track with clamping ramps arrayed in the circumferential direction. A metallic cage has a series of profiled transverse webs positively locked for preventing rotation with respect to the other machine part. The cage has a central web section that extends parallel to the axis of the freewheel and is connected to two obliquely extending connecting web sections at the ends of the central section. Each oblique web section is connected to an outer web section which also extends parallel to the axis.

A chiplessly formed bearing washer for a thrust bearing, comprising an angular thrust washer (1) comprising a radial portion (2) which forms a raceway and merges into at least one axial bend (3), said thrust bearing washer comprising a retention means in the form of projections (4) or recesses, the bent edges of the projections (4) or the edges of the recesses are provided with a stamping (7), whereby detrimental stresses occurring in the bent region are avoided.

An angular thrust disc has a Z-shaped cross sectional profile, a free end of whose radially outer angular portion comprises radially inward directed projections arranged axially spaced from a free end thereof and made by chipless stamping, which projections engage into a peripheral groove of a shaft or a housing, and a free end of a radially inner angular portion of the angular thrust disc comprises circumferentially spaced and radially outward directed crimpings and recesses which form an installation safeguard and permit an admission of oil into the thrust bearing.
