The invention relates to an actuation device for at least one fluidically drivable load (), such as a hydraulic actuator, consisting of at least one valve controller (V) for controlling an alternating movement of each load () and at least one suspension device () which is connected between the valve controller (V) and each load (), wherein the suspension device () has an additional valve controller (V), the valve piston () of which can be moved in a corresponding valve housing in a continuously adjustable manner. The invention is characterized in that a storage device () of the suspension device () is connected to the respective load () via a fluid path by means of the additional valve controller (V) in a suspension position (V.IV) of the valve piston () of the additional valve controller (V).

Actuating apparatus for at least one fluidically drivable load

A control device for an oscillating axle suspension, in particular a front axle suspension, includes at least of one hydraulic accumulator device (), a suspension device () and a proportional valve () having a valve piston (). The proportional valve () is connected to the accumulator and suspension devices () via fluid ports (). The valve piston () is actuatable by an electric motor (), is longitudinally guided in a valve housing () of the proportional valve () and controls the fluid ports () such that, in at least one functional position of the valve piston (), the axle oscillation is provided while the suspension is blocked and, in at least one further second functional position of the valve piston (), the suspension is provided while the axle oscillation is blocked.

Control device

A control apparatus for supplying at least one hydraulic consumer with fluid has a variable displacement pump () controlled by a load-sensing pressure (LS). For a case-by-case increase in the volume flow in the supply of fluid () to the hydraulic consumer, the load-sensing pressure (LS) is passed via a control line () to a control circuit () that ensures the increase in the supply () by connecting in a constant-displacement pump () as soon as an operator calls for the relevant function by operating the control circuit ().

Control apparatus for supplying at least one hydraulic consumer with fluid

An agricultural machine for discharging liquid includes a boom, a frame to which the boom is fixed such that the boom can be rotated about an axis of rotation pointing in the direction of travel, an actuating cylinder for rotating the boom about the axis of rotation, and a measurement and control system for the actuation of the actuating cylinder, wherein the actuating cylinder is mechanically connected to the frame on one side. The actuating cylinder is mechanically connected to the boom on the other side for the direct introduction of force. The actuating cylinder is formed as a double-acting actuating cylinder having a piston, to which pressure can be applied on both sides in order to move the boom in opposite directions of rotation.

Agricultural machine and control method

An apparatus () blocks and adjusts a pressure for a hydraulically controllable actuator (), particularly a lifting unit () of a machine (). The apparatus () allows a working chamber () to be selectively connected to a pressure supply unit () having a storage device () or to a discharge end (), in particular a reservoir end, by a valve unit (). In a controlling position of the valve unit (), when the storage pressure in the storage device () is greater than the working pressure in the working chamber () of the actuator (), the storage pressure is relieved in the direction of the discharge end () until the working pressure has been reached.

Apparatus for blocking and for adjusting a pressure

The hydropneumatic axle suspension for vehicles, especially the front axle thereof, cooperates with at least one suspension cylinder () connected to a hydraulic accumulator () on both its ring side () and the piston side (). The hydraulic accumulator () is triggerable by control electronics () with the aid of a valve unit () that can be allocated to the hydraulic accumulator (). The ring side () of the suspension cylinder () is connected to a pressure value sensor (DA-R) which transmits its measured pressure values to the control electronics (). The pressure value sensor (DA-R) located on the ring side is connected to the discharge end () of the valve unit (), which can be associated with the ring side () of the suspension cylinder ().
