A device has a sensor () for detecting a contamination in the form of metal particles in a fluid, and is at least partially encompassed by a partition wall (). Partition wall () is at least partially penetrated via a receiving opening () by the sensor device () arranged in its functional position and comprising its sensor () detecting the metal particles. The sensor () can be removed from the partition wall () into an inoperative functional position, in particular for maintenance or replacement purposes. The sensor () interacts with a closing device () such that upon removal of the sensor () to its inoperative functional position, the closing device () closes the receiving opening (). In the opposite direction, when the sensor () is brought into its functional position, this receiving opening () is released.

Sensor apparatus for metal particles in fluids

An unlocking device for actuating a control device in the locked condition to release it. The unlocking device has an actuating magnet guided in a coil base and/or in housing elements () of the actuating magnet and has an actuating element that can be displaced and that releases, in an actuation position, an unlocking path for a control unit has a locking element (). The locking element, when unlocked by the actuating element via the control unit, releases the trajectory for the control device to be actuated. The locking device () is guided in the housing element () of the actuating magnet and prevents the control device from being unintentionally locked again by maintaining it in the unlocked position by a blocking part (). The unlocked position corresponds to a release of the control device.

Unlocking device

An unlocking device for a control device () includes an actuating magnet () in a coil base () and/or in housing elements of the actuating magnet. An actuating element () can be displaced along a first axis () and releases, in an actuation position, a swivel path () for a control unit () arranged to swivel about a second axis (). The control unit () has a locking element () which, when unlocked by the actuating element () via the control element (), releases the trajectory () for the control device () to be actuated. The unlocking device also has a swiveling lever () guided in a housing part () to swivel. The second axis () is parallel to the first axis (). The swiveling lever (), at its free end and when the actuating magnet () is not actuated, contacts the actuating element (). The locking element () is disposed on the other end of the swiveling lever () and maintains the control device () in the locked position.

Unlocking device for a control device

The invention relates to an actuating device, particularly an actuating magnet, for actuating valves. In order to improve the sealing action of an actuating magnet, the invention provides that a contacting plug insert () has a seating surface () against which an annular sealing part () rests and which extends in the form of a groove inside the plug insert (). The groove depth is selected so that, when in an unpressed state, approximately half of the sealing part () is accommodated inside the groove (). When the groove () is fitted with the sealing part (), it is completely filled whereby resulting in a projection that sealingly closes the gap () arising between a plug plate () and an outer peripheral surface () of the housing ().

Actuating device

A switchgear, especially for actuating valves, includes a housing () and a coil body () disposed in the housing. A switch element is guided in the coil body. The coil body is provided with a winding () of a conductor () that is connected to a plug connector () via contact elements (). At least some sections of the housing () and of the plug connector () are enclosed by a plastic compound (). Sealing devices () seal off the interior () of the switchgear from the surroundings (). At least one of the sealing devices () is configured as a sealing web () of a meltable material. The sealing web () is disposed on the bottom face () of a plug plate () of the plug connector () which faces the housing (). The sealing web (), in the molten connection state, seals off at least the engaging parts of the plug connector () that are connected to the housing () from the surroundings () in a fluid-tight manner by the plastic compound (), thereby eliminating the need for conventional rubber packing rings (O rings) in the area of the plug connector that are prone to failures.

Sealed-off switchgear

A device for emergency hand operation has switching magnets with an armature that can be moved in the pole pipe to a final position by the force of a spring assembly, and can be moved against the spring force to a second final position by a magnetic field excitation. The device has a tensional member which can be axially displaced and moved by a manual actuating device. A carrier interacts with the armature to move the carrier against the spring force and to the second final position. The armature, the pole core, the spring assembly, the tensional member and the actuating device are combined to form a prefabricated component which can be inserted into the pole pipe via its inner open end and which can be connected to the pole pipe.
