What is described is a length measurement system and method for measuring relative movements between first and second machine parts, said measurement system comprising a sensing head and a rule sensed by it, said sensing head being securely mountable on the first machine part and said rule being connectable with the second machine part during final assembly of the length measurement system, wherein the rule is mounted within a profiled part which is securely mountable on the second machine part in final assembly and into which the sensing head protrudes, said sensing head being preadjusted, via a removable mounting element, and being releasably connected with said profiled part, in a state prepared for final assembly, or said sensing head, when finally assembled, protruding into the profiled part without being supported thereon.

Protected length measuring system

What is described is a pre-mounting system for pre-mounting a structural part to an attachment surface, wherein at least two heads, respectively provided as eccentrics, are provided at the attachment surface, the structural part comprises at least one recess and can be hung up on the attachment surface by said heads engaging said recess/recesses.

Pre-mounting of a sensor

What is described is a structural part comprising a mounting surface (M) for mounting the mounting surface to an attachment surface, wherein means for adhesive-bonding the mounting surface (M) with the attachment surface are provided, in order to glue the structural part to the attachment surface, and wherein spacers are provided on the mounting surface (M), said spacers causing a predetermined gap (S) between the mounting surface (M) and the attachment surface when attaching the structural part to the attachment surface and being removable and/or deformable by pressing the structural part onto the attachment surface.

Sensor and method of mounting it

A method is disclosed for conditioning a periodic analog signal (SIN, COS) to predetermined, positive and negative desired peak values by adjusting the signal (SIN, COS) using multiplicative correcting steps, which increase or decrease the signal amplitude, and additive correcting steps, adding to the signal a constant which adjusts the signal level in a positive or negative direction, wherein the presence of a current actual peak value is detected said method providing that the difference between the actual peak value and the predetermined desired peak value is stepwise reduced by repeated adjustment of the signal (SIN, COS) using modifying steps within a part of a period of the signal (SIN, COS), each modifying step including exactly one multiplicative and exactly one additive correcting step. A device is provided for carrying out the method, including an amplitude and offset adjusting device, to which the signal (SIN, COS) is supplied and which outputs said signal (SIN, COS) in amplified or attenuated form and with an increased or decreased signal level, respectively, at its output; a peak value detector, to which the signal (SIN, COS) is supplied and which outputs the previous actual peak value at its output until it is reset via a reset input, a reference voltage source, which is adjustable through a control input, and a control circuit, connected to the control input of the reference voltage source, which it adjusts in adjusting steps from a predetermined value, corresponding to the desired peak value, to the actual peak value which is output at the output of the peak value detector, and which stores the number and direction of the adjusting steps in two storage elements and then stepwise adjusts the amplitude and offset adjusting device simultaneously, depending on the stored number and direction.

Method and device for conditioning a periodic analog signal

A method and apparatus for adjusting an aiming telescope and a laser range finder with a weapon system which is equipped with a weapon computer, a data memory and a computer-controlled graticule adjusting device. Laser beams are fired consecutively by a collimation line testing device and by the laser range finder, into a collimator. A reference reticle or an aiming graticule of the aiming telescope are aligned with the laser beam images in the collimator, and the aligned position is stored in the data memory.
