A transfer system for transporting objects is disclosed. It includes a guide rail, which has a light-metal main body and at least one guide element, which is connected to the light-metal main body and has a guide surface. A slide for accommodating at least one object and a bearing, which interacts with the guide element and supports the slide on the guide rail in such a way that the slide can move linearly is also included. The guide rail has at least one magnetic fastening means, which makes it possible to temporarily fasten the guide rail by magnetic clamping, in particular in order to process the guide surface.

Compound linear guide having a fastening means

A linear rolling bearing has a guide carriage () that is U-shaped in cross-section and has two U-legs (). The guide carriage () is slidably supported through balls () on two longitudinal sides of a guide rail (). Each U-leg () comprises on an inner surface opposing the guide rail () a ground raceway () for the balls (). The raceway () is made by a grinding wheel whose diameter is larger than the diagonal dimension of the carriage cavity (). Linear roll bearing

In a linear rolling bearing comprising a solid guide rail and a U-shaped carrier body engaging therearound, the carrier body (2) being slidably supported on the guide rail by rolling elements, each deflector comprises a housing and two deflecting shells (10) inserted therein with clearance, on which shells the webs extending into the load-bearing regions for the rolling elements are formed as centering webs (11), and each deflecting shell (10) additionally comprises a projecting, centering collar (12) which extends into a return bore (6) of the carrier body (2).

The invention concerns a rolling bearing for linear movements comprising a carrier which is displaceable along a guide rail and supported on two longitudinal sides of the guide rail on several pairs of rolling element circuits, a one-piece cage being associated with each longitudinal side and each rolling element circuit being comprised of a rectilinear row of load-transmitting rolling elements guided by the cage, a row of returning rolling elements arranged in a return passage in the carrier and two rolling element deflector arches connecting the two said rows at ends thereof, a part of each deflector arch being arranged in the one-piece cage as a continuation of the rectilinear row of rolling elements while another part of the deflector arch is arranged in a head piece disposed on an adjacent end face of the carrier.

Rolling bearing for linear movements

The linear bearing consists of two identical rails (2, 3), each with two V-shaped grooves (10), in each of which a row of rolls (4) rolls off. The rolls (4) are contained in a ribbon-shaped flat cage (5) and are held there positively and captively. A high load capacity, economical manufacture, and a longer lifetime are achieved thereby.
