The rinsing device comprises a flexible connecting pipe which at one end is connected to a connecting element which may be attached to a fitting and at the other end bears a spray head with an actuating lever. The spray head is held on a holder, which protrudes outwardly from the connecting element. The connecting pipe comprises a flexible water feed pipe which is surrounded by a casing element, which is formed by a single spiral tension spring consisting of one piece. Said spiral tension spring consists of a first upright spring portion having a straight spring axis, a second curved spring portion attached thereto and a third, similarly upright spring portion having a straight spring axis, which is attached to the second spring portion. A tube-shaped protective casing extends around the casing element which protects the casing element from soiling.

Water outlet fitting

The fitting housing contains a control cartridge, of which the control shank can be pivoted about the pivot axis. The actuating lever can be displaced relative to the control shank, is mounted on the latter and can be pivoted via its own lever axis, this lever axis being guided in the guide track. When the actuating lever is pivoted up and down, it executes a displacement movement relative to the control shank, and this prevents contact between the actuating lever and the fitting housing.

The invention relates to a control cartridge and to a fitting equipped therewith, for regulating the water flow at a water outlet of a fitting. The control cartridge comprises a first control element which is provided with passage holes and can be rotated about an axis, and a stationary, second control element which bears against the first control element and is provided with passage holes, and an actuating element, the first control element and the second control element being arranged in a cartridge housing. The actuating element is connected in a rotationally fixed manner to the first control element via a connection reaching through the cartridge housing. When in use, the cartridge housing can be connected fixedly to a first outlet part of the water outlet and is capable of holding a second outlet part which, when in use, is arranged downstream with respect to the first outlet part.

The invention relates to a fitting part, suitable for conducting water of different temperature from at least one mixing and proportioning element. The fitting part has at least three ducts, the first duct and the second duct each running from a lower opening arranged in the region of the lower end of the fitting part to an opening at the side on the fitting part, and the third duct running from a lower opening arranged in the region of the lower end of the fitting part to an upper opening arranged in the region of the upper end of the fitting part and having at least one branch with a lateral opening. The flow direction of the water through the third duct is defined individually for each fitting by suitable separate closing elements, so that a large number of different fittings can be produced using a small number of components. The invention also relates to a fitting with such a fitting part.

In a plumbing assembly, a control cartridge for a single-lever mixer fitting is small enough to be installed into the mouth region of a discharge arm. The shut-off elements include a first control disk, which is fixed to the fitting housing and a second control disk, which can be rotated by an actuating lever. The control disks preferably consist of ceramic and have, in each case, two through-passages, one each for cold and hot water. Upon rotation of the fitting, first the cold-water through-passage and then hot-water through-passage are released, and, subsequently, the cold-water through-passage is throttled. With exclusively one rotary movement of the lever, the following flow conditions result: cold-mixed-hot. The resulting water through-flow remains at least approximately constant after achieving the maximum cold-water through-flow.

Control cartridge for a single-lever mixer fitting

A control cartridge includes a hot and a cold water feed connection. An outlet connection allows cold, hot or mixed water to be tapped. Actuation of the control cartridge is performed, for example, by a lever which can be inserted into a bore of a rotatable control bell. Only a rotational movement is required for the associated mixer fitting to be opened by this lever and for the required water temperature to be set.

The hot and cold water mixing device contains a rotary slide which controls in opposite sense the inflow of cold and hot water. The rotary slide is provided with a device for suppressing the flow of hot and cold water through the rotary slide. In order to render the mixing valve smooth in operation and to simplify its construction, without eliminating the advantages of such construction of mixing device, the flow suppressing device is formed by a closure portion or element of a servo valve, and the rotary slide is structured to serve as a seat for such closure portion or element.

Fluid mixing device, in particular hot and cold water mixing device

A mixing valve mechanism which is operable by a clockwork mechanism has a valve member which is movable in a valve chamber of the housing for opening and closing an outlet passage. The valve member has an upwardly extending follower portion which engages against a cam plate which is rotatably mounted in the housing above the follower. Spring means are provided for urging the follower of the valve member into engagement with the cam, and the cam has a control surface which during a portion of rotation of the cam moves the valve member downwardly into a closed position and which during another portion permits it to move upwardly under the action of the return spring. A handle member is mounted on the housing, and it is coupled by coupling means to the cam to rotate the cam to drive the clockwork during a portion of the rotational movement of the handle member and to lower valve member to close the passage during another portion of the movement. In addition, the clockwork mechanism can drive back through the cam to permit the valve member to move upwardly in a return direction to the outlet passage after the clock mechanism has timed the cam movement.
