A device and method for conditioning a periodic analog signal to predetermined positive and negative desired peak values. The signal is adjusted using multiplicative correcting steps, which modifies the signal amplitude. An additive correcting step adds to the signal, a constant which adjusts the signal level in a positive or negative direction. Upon detection of a current actual peak value, the difference between the actual peak value and the predetermined desired peak value is stepwise reduced by repeated adjustments of the signal using modifying steps within a part of a period of the signal, each modifying step includes exactly one multiplication and exactly one additive correcting step.

Method and device for conditioning a periodic analog signal

An optoelectronic module including a transparent substrate that carries a conductor track, an optoelectronic chip having an optoelectronic sensor and/or emitter for light disposed on the substrate, and via a contacting element the chip is connected to the conductor track and kept spaced apart from the transparent substrate. An opaque light blocking element, disposed between the substrate and the chip, that shields the sensor from lateral incident light and/or lateral light opposite the emitter.

Optoelectronic module

An opto-electronic linear, angular, or rotary position encoder is described. The device includes a light modulating code carrier comprising at least one coded track having adjacent light projecting and light non-projecting portions and an aperture structure disposed in a path of light being modulated by the code carrier. The device further includes a transparent substrate supporting at least one opto-electronic sensor chip facing the aperture structure, wherein the aperture structure is disposed on an aperture platelet, and the aperture platelet is joined to the substrate.
