A microstepper motor which comprises two electromechanical drive elements, especially piezoelectric bending actuators, having effective directions that are perpendicular to each other. These actuators act upon a drive ring to thereby rotate a shaft. The actuators are non-radially hinged to the drive ring via an approximately square shear-flexible and torsion-proof frame structure, the drive ring being arranged inside said frame. The drive according to the invention is compact, the frame and the drive ring being configured as a single injection-molded drive module.

Electromechanical motor especially a piezoelectric microstepper motor

A motor which includes two drive elements, especially piezoelectric bending actuators, having effective directions that are perpendicular to each other. These actuators act upon a drive ring to thereby rotate a shaft. Diagonally opposite securing elements are provided on the drive ring and are used to flexibly suspend the drive ring via respective articulated corner elements on respective fixing elements that are diagonally opposite the respective securing elements. The drive according to the invention is compact, having actuators that are non-radially hinged to the drive ring.

Electromechanical motor, especially a piezoelectric microstepper drive

A microstepper motor which comprises two electromechanical drive elements, especially piezoelectric bending actuators, having effective directions that are perpendicular to each other. These actuators act upon a drive ring to thereby rotate a shaft. The actuators are non-radially hinged to the drive ring via a torsion-proof, nested frame-type complex structure (drive module) including an interior drive ring, a frame and a U-shaped outer frame. The drive is compact and, the drive module is configured as a single injection-molded structure.

An information converter has at least two material layers having polygonal base surfaces, which are connected to each other in a shear-rigid way, wherein at least in one material layer a change of length can be induced. The polygonal base surface has at least two different interior angles.

Information processor and method for the production thereof

A motor which includes two drive elements, especially piezoelectric bending actuators, having effective directions that are perpendicular to each other. These actuators act upon a drive ring to thereby rotate a shaft. Two tension-compression bars, which are parallel to an effective direction, are connected to the drive ring, have respective joints at their ends and are connected to the ends of a diagonal bar, relative to which the ring can be displaced in the other effective direction. The diagonal bar itself can be displaced relative to fixing elements to an effective direction via a diagonal suspension. The drive is compact, having actuators that are non-radially hinged to the ring.

The invention relates to a multi-pole electric motor with a rotor and a stator. Said stator consists of a plurality of coils and stator plates () which are magnetically separate from one another and which extend from the coils to the rotor. The stator plates () are linked with a non-magnetic metal fixture () in an area facing the rotor. According to the method of producing the electromotor described above, the stator plates () which are interlinked by one or several webs () are produced as one workpiece, the workpiece is linked with the non-magnetic steel fixture () and the web(s) between or on the stator sheets () is/are severed and/or completely removed.

Multiple-pole electric motor and method of producing the same

An electric motor having a stator and a rotor, with the rotor having at least one permanent magnet and one rotor shaft and with the stator having at least two coils which produce a rotating magnetic field when alternating currents flow through them, by which the rotor can be driven, and wherein the rotor shaft is mounted radially and axially. Electric motor intended to be fixed to a printed circuit board

A method is provided for manufacture of an electronically synchronizable indicating instrument the pointer of which can be turned between a zero stop and a scale-end by means of a stepping motor via a multi-step gearing, wherein the stepping motor has a two-pole rotor of magnetizable material, two coils arranged perpendicular to each other, and a housing surrounding the coils, the motor being adapted to be controlled by a microprocessor. The stepping motor is assembled with a non-magnetized rotor, and the instrument includes a gear train, and a pointer having a torsion spring which acts in the direction towards full scale. In the procedure of the method, the pointer is brought to rest against the zero stop by means of a moment of rotation applied from the outside in opposition to the restoring force of the torsion spring. The rotor of the stepping motor is turned in the direction towards the zero stop of the pointer by means of a rotating magnetic field with the carrying along of gear wheels until no gearing play is present any longer. Then, the rotor is held in the position reached, and is magnetized in a predetermined angular direction.
