Embodiments of the invention include a temporarily or permanently implantable medical device with an elongate electrical line, and a method of producing the implantable medical device. The elongate electrical line includes a first electrical component and a second component, wherein the first electrical component or part of the first electrical component includes a functional conductor. The second component includes at least one metal layer and at least one flexible plastic layer. The first electrical component is electrically connected in series to the at least one metal layer of the second component.

Implantable device and production method for an implantable device

An implantable medical device including at least one elongate electrical line with a first electrical component as a functional conductor, and at least one second electrical component with an electrical length. The first electrical component includes a proximal end and a distal end, wherein the distal side is in electrical contact with tissue or blood. Implantable electrode arrangement for cardiological devices and cardiac pacemakers

An elongate implantable electrical line including an end component at one longitudinal end of the electrical line, wherein the end component includes at least one electrically conductive electrode surface electrically connected to the electrical line. The end component is a composite component that includes at least one thin metal layer with a layer thickness less than 1 &#x3bc;m. The at least one thin metal layer is applied to electrically insulating material of the composite component and is conductively connected to the electrical line, such that the at least one thin metal layer includes, or acts as, an electrode surface. Electrode line or electrode portion of an electrode line

Implantable medical device with at least one long extended electrical conductor that is insulated from the surrounding material by a dielectric. The implantable medical device includes an electrode pole that emits therapy signals or detects diagnostic signals, at least one first longitudinal section of a first characteristic impedance between a proximal end and the electrode pole; and at least one second longitudinal section adjacent to the at least one first longitudinal section. The at least one second longitudinal section includes a second characteristic impedance and is shorter than the first longitudinal section. Implantable device with extended electrical conductor

Includes an interference field sensor connected to the control unit, and to detect an alternating electromagnetic or magnetic field, and to supply an output signal, upon detection. The control unit controls the voltage/current source as a function of the output signal of the interference field sensor, or sets the adjustable impedance so that a voltage induced as the result of an alternating electromagnetic or magnetic field is compensated for at the distal end of the electrode line.
