A floor-bound continuous conveyor for intralogistics includes at least one frame and at least one load-carrying means which has a conveying plane for piece goods and which is configured to transport the piece goods in a conveying direction. A stop means is configured to stop an item of piece goods transported on the conveying plane in the conveying direction at a predetermined position on the load-carrying means. A movement apparatus is designed to move the item of piece goods resting against the stop means on the conveying plane from the starting position and orientation thereof standing on the conveying plane of the load handling device into an end position and orientation deviating from the starting position and orientation on the load-carrying means out of the conveying plane of the load-carrying means into the end position and orientation.

Sorting conveyor

A conveyor device with an elastic load-bearing means guided between a drive and a return roller which are spaced apart parallel to and opposite one another, wherein the load-bearing means circulates endlessly in a carrying run and a lower run, is flexible in all directions and is configured to receive articles to be conveyed, and which can be driven in a conveying direction by drive trains disposed on longitudinal edges of the load-bearing means, characterised in that a support means for the carrying run is located between the carrying run and the lower run, wherein the drive trains are stretched to a greater extent than a region of the load-bearing means located between them.

Conveyor means with concave belt

The invention is directed to a friction wheel drive with a driving roller capable of being driven in a rotary manner, which is mounted on a bearing unit so as to be rotatable about an axis of rotation. The bearing unit is displaceably guided transversely to the axis of rotation, and a circumferential surface of the driving roller can be brought into driving engagement with a friction surface. The bearing unit is coupled to a first mechanical forced guidance system, by which the driving roller, responding to a driving force acting in a first direction, can be automatically pressed against the friction surface with a contact pressing force that increases as the driving force increases. The bearing unit is also coupled to a second mechanical forced guidance system, by which the driving roller, responding to a driving force acting in an opposite second direction, can be automatically pressed against the friction surface with a contact pressing force that increases as the driving force increases.

Friction wheel drive

A gravity chute for articles, comprising a chute floor defining a conveying surface, wherein the conveying surface has a conveying angle of inclination pointing in a conveying direction, and comprising at least one side wall which laterally delimits the chute floor, wherein, in addition to the conveying angle of inclination, the conveying surface has a transverse angle of inclination directed transversely to the conveying direction and pointing to a side wall, wherein the side wall, to which the conveying surface runs at a transverse inclination, has first friction properties within a first region extending from the conveying surface to a height h, and has second friction properties within a second region extending above the height h, which differ from the first friction properties, the side wall being recessed within the first region with respect to the second region.

Gravity chute

A sorting system having a vertical sorter for conveying and sorting parcel goods, including a plurality of sorting units provided at specified distances from one another extending over a closed conveyor belt along a traveling path and being connected with the conveyor belt and movable along the traveling path. Two reversing drums with horizontal rotational axes are provided, at least one of the reversing drums serving as the drive drum to reverse and drive the conveyor belt and the sorting units provided thereat around the horizontally oriented rotational axes. The conveyor belt is configured as a traction carrier. To this end the conveyor belt is reinforced by reinforcing apparatus for driving the sorting units. A sorting unit includes a moving device with wheels and is attached to the conveyor belt, the sorting unit including at least one parcel goods receiver which allows controlled discharge of a parcel.
