A method for making an automobile assembly having a moulded plastics structural member and a reinforcing member in which a polymerizable adhesive is employed to bond the two members together and an automobile assembly having a bonded structural member and a reinforcing member. The assembly is suitably used as a 'front end carrier' or a bumper system in an automobile.

Automobile assembly

An improved seating system that includes a seat back assembly () that is fabricated to include a seat back () with a first panel portion () that is optionally secured to a second panel portion () with one or more fasteners such as welds, adhesives, tack-offs, steel brackets or otherwise. The first panel portion (), the second panel portion () or both preferably are plastic. The seat back assembly () may include one or more integrated reinforcement structures ().

Instrument panel assembly

The present invention discloses a seating system that includes a seat back () with one or more plastic panels () that extend across a lateral distance of the seat back (). The seat back () preferably includes one or more reinforcements () attached to the plastic panels ().
