A liquid cleaning element has a cleaning medium and a carrier medium connected to each other. The carrier medium is provided with a liquid connector to connect to a line for liquid to be cleaned or cleaned liquid. The liquid cleaning element has a bend in a section provided with the cleaning medium and the carrier medium. The carrier medium, prior to connection to the cleaning medium, is pre-manufactured in a final shape of the liquid cleaning element. The liquid connector has a cylindrical suction socket and is arranged at or integrated in the carrier medium. A liquid cleaning system is provided with the liquid cleaning element and a holder holding the liquid cleaning element. In a method for producing the liquid cleaning element, the carrier medium is pre-manufactured in a final shape of the liquid cleaning element and the cleaning medium is connected to the pre-manufactured carrier medium.

A filter element for a fluid, including: an elongated grid-type supporting element; a filter medium supported on the supporting element; wherein the support element and filter medium is configured such that the fluid flows through the filter medium in a direction radially to a longitudinal axis of the filter element; wherein the supporting element is a grid plate and/or the filter medium is embedded in the material of the supporting element at least in some sections.

Filter element

A filter element has a filter material defining a raw side and a clean side of the filter element and to be flowed through by a medium to be filtered from the raw side to the clean side. A non-return element is disposed on the filter material. The non-return element allows a return flow of the filtered medium from the clean side back to the raw side and prevents a flow of the unfiltered medium from the raw side to the clean side. A filter and a filter system with such a filter element are disclosed. The filter system has a pump to supply medium to be filtered to the filter.

A filter medium of a filter element for filtering a fluid has at least one nonwoven filter layer of synthetic individual fibers. The filter layer has an increasing level of compression in a flow direction of a fluid passing through the filter medium. The filter medium has a degree of separation for particles to be filtered that increases in the flow direction of the fluid through the filter medium. The filter medium is used in a filter element for filtering fluids such as fuel or air. In a method for producing the filter medium, the synthetic fibers are deposited on a support surface in such a way that an increasing level of compression is created in a direction toward the support surface by gravity and suction acting on the fibers.

A filter medium for removing particles from a fluid flow has a pre-filter layer and a fine-filter layer joined to each other in the flow direction. A first supporting layer is attached to the unfiltered side of the pre-filter layer and a second supporting layer is attached to the filtered side of the fine-filter layer in order to absorb the longitudinal and transverse forces in the event of tensile loading. The traverse force absorbing layer has a greater bending stiffness in a traverse direction while the longitudinal force absorbing layer has a greater bending stiffness in a longitudinal direction.
