An induction charging device for an electrically operated motor vehicle may include an emission protection arrangement and a charging arrangement secured to the emission protection arrangement. The emission protection arrangement may include a metal shield plate. The charging arrangement may include a magnetic plate facing the emission protection arrangement, at least one induction coil disposed in a charging housing, and an active cooling arrangement secured in the charging housing to transfer heat. The magnetic plate may be at least one of (i) at least partially ferrimagnetic and (ii) at least partially ferromagnetic. On a housing bottom side, the charging housing may include at least one cooling recess for the active cooling arrangement. The active cooling arrangement may include at least one cooling duct formed integrally in the cooling recess. The charging arrangement may further include a bottom side cover secured in a fluid-tight manner to the housing bottom side.

A battery system for an electric vehicle may include at least one battery module, which may have a plurality of battery cells in a module housing, and a system housing, which may have a separate receiving space for each battery module, which may be delimited by two support walls that run parallel to one another and may be spaced apart from one another, and into which the respective battery module may be inserted. The module housing may have two housing walls, which may run parallel to and may be spaced apart from one another, and which may be each supported in a planar manner with an outer side on an inner side of the respective support wall. The respective support wall may have at least one cooling duct for guiding a coolant, and, on its upper or lower side, screw openings, into which screws may be screwed. The module housing may have screw flanges complementary to the screw openings comprising through openings, through which the screws may be guided to fix the respective screw flange to the support wall.

Battery system for an electric vehicle

A heat exchanger component of a temperature control system of an electrical energy store may include a carrier material and at least two layers. The at least two layers may include a first layer composed of an electrically insulating material and a second layer that may facilitate temperature control via at least one of cooling and heating the electrical energy store.

The present invention relates to a device for controlling the temperature of an energy accumulator, more particularly for a vehicle. The device has a first outer wall element and a second outer wall element. A main surface of the first outer wall element and a main surface of the second outer wall element are interconnected by means of a rib made of a hardened adhesive. The rib forms at least one fluid conduction channel for conducting a temperature control fluid between the first outer wall element and the second outer wall element.

The invention relates to a heat exchanger with a first and a second collecting tank, with at least one tube arranged between the two collecting tanks, each having a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet. At least one tube end is in fluid communication with a collecting tank and is connected to the collecting tank via a form-fitting and/or integrally bonded connection, wherein the opening is surrounded by an opening edge.

The application relates to thermoelectric temperature control units, for example for controlling the temperature of an energy storage device in a motor vehicle. An exemplary embodiment comprises a Peltier element, having a first and a second surface, wherein the second surface is substantially adjacent or opposite to the first. The first surface is connected in a thermally conductive manner to a first and/or second flow duct, through which a fluid can flow. An accumulator for a cooling fluid is provided that includes a floor. The floor has an interface for connecting a chamber of the accumulator to at least one cooling tube. The floor also has an opening that extends at least over a partial area of the chamber.
