For acoustic sealing of a spray cap () for an aerosol can or spray can, the spray cap includes a push button () and a nap body () and is provided with an acoustic seal () between the push button () and the cap body (). The acoustic seal () includes a sealing lip () on a rim () of the cap body () and another sealing lip () on an adjacent rim () of the push button (). A pleasing sound is produced when product is discharged from the aerosol or spray can by manually actuating the push button, since the push button () is configured integral with a spray channel () connecting a valve stem () with a discharge opening () provided in the cap body ().

Cap for an aerosol can or a spray can, with an acoustic seal

A spray cap, also known as an actuator overcap for an aerosol container, has an acoustic seal between the actuator button and the overcap. This acoustic seal is formed by a set of matching sealing lips on the actuator button and also on the overcap, such that they are both oriented horizontally. At rest, the sealing lip of the actuator button rests above the sealing lip of the overcap, but during actuation, the sealing lip of the actuator button deforms the sealing lip of the overcap, which both forms an acoustic seal during actuation and creates the force to return the sealing lip of the actuator button back to its original position after actuation is complete.

Cap for an aerosol container or a spray container

In order to acoustically seal a spray cap, a capis provided with a buttonhaving an elastic connectionbetween buttonand capin order to achieve an acoustic sealof cap. In this context, sealis designed as a crimped device. A hingeof buttonis formed in an analogously crimped manner in order to be able to actuate it together with sealin a smooth-running manner.

In a container () with a reservoir (), a product dispensing opening (), and a device () for discharging the product contained in the reservoir () out through the product dispensing opening (), a sound generator () or a noise damper () is provided on the container () and the sound generator () or the noise damper () is functionally connected to the discharge device () in order to generate a desired sound for a product discharge when dispensing the product. The desired sound is one that a consumer experiences as a positive sound.

A compressed gas container apparatus having at least two compressed gas containers disposed side by side, each for one foamable liquid product which contains a liquidified propellant gas, wherein both compressed gas containers are each provided with a valve; both valves are actuatable in common by a top fitting, and each valve is provided through the top fitting with a connecting conduit; the connecting conduits discharge into a mixing chamber and an expansion conduit adjoins the mixing chamber and on its end has a foam dispensing opening; wherein the connecting conduits and the mixing chamber have such small cross-sectional areas that when a product is dispensed, the products flowing through the connecting conduits and the mixing chamber remain in a liquid phase.
