A carbon nanotube preparation system, including: a pre-growth tube for an early pre-reaction of raw materials before generation of carbon nanotubes; an atomizer for atomizing the carbon nanotube raw materials and then spraying the atomized raw materials into the pre-growth tube; the atomizer is provided at the front end of the pre-growth tube, and has a spray output tube that extends into the pre-growth tube; a growth tube for generating carbon nanotubes and continuous growth of the generated carbon nanotubes; the front end of the growth tube is hermetically connected to the rear end of the pre-growth tube; and a gas curtain generator for forming a gas curtain enclosing the atomized raw materials around the outlet of the spray output tube, and the gas curtain extends parallel to the extension direction of the pre-growth tube; the gas curtain generator is provided inside the pre-growth tube.

Carbon nanotube preparation system

A method for transferring a carbon nanotubes aqueous phase dispersion into an organic phase dispersion includes: providing the carbon nanotubes aqueous dispersion; mixing the carbon nanotubes aqueous dispersion with a first solvent to obtain a first suspension, where the first solvent includes a hydrophilic organic solvent; mixing the first suspension with a second solvent to form two stratified phases, allow to obtain a second suspension, where the second solvent includes a hydrophobic organic solvent; mixing the second suspension with a third solvent to obtain a third suspension; and subjecting the second suspension or the third suspension to dispersion treatment to obtain a carbon nanotubes organic dispersion, thereby realizing solvent transfer of the carbon nanotubes dispersion from aqueous to organic phase. The method can transfer the carbon nanotubes aqueous dispersion into the organic dispersion, and the transfer efficiency is 70%-95%.

Method for transferring carbon nanotubes aqueous phase dispersion into organic phase dispersion

The present disclosure relates to a collection device and a preparation system, including a pre-adjustment mechanism which is disposed in a housing and configured to adjust at least one bundle of carbon nanotube aggregates, and includes a first pre-adjustment sub-mechanism and a second pre-adjustment sub-mechanism for adjusting carbon nanotube aggregations along a first direction and a second direction, respectively; a winding mechanism for winding and collecting the carbon nanotube aggregates passing through the pre-adjustment mechanism.

Collection device and preparation system

A carbon nanotube aligned film as well as a preparation method and application thereof are disclosed. The preparation method includes: providing a carbon nanotube dispersion solution comprising a selected carbon nanotube, a polymer as a carbon nanotube dispersing agent and binding to the selected carbon nanotube, an aromatic molecule binding to the selected carbon nanotube and allowing the surface of the selected carbon nanotube to have the same charges and an organic solvent being at least used for cooperating with the rest components of the dispersion solution to form uniform dispersion solution; and introducing a water phase layer to the upper surface of the dispersion solution to form a double-layer liquid phase system, partially or completely inserting a base into the double-layer liquid system, and then pulling out the base so as to form the carbon nanotube aligned film on the surface of the base.

Carbon nanotube aligned film as well as preparation method and application thereof

The disclosure discloses a method and reagent for improving a yield of selective dispersion of semiconducting carbon nanotubes. The method comprises: fully mixing single walled carbon nanotube samples, a first polymer, and a second polymer in a solvent to form a liquid phase mixed system, enabling the single walled carbon nanotube samples to be fully dispersed in the liquid phase mixed system, centrifuging the liquid phase mixed system, and separating a supernatant to implement selective separation of the semiconducting single walled carbon nanotubes; wherein both the first polymer and the second polymer can specifically bind to the semiconducting single walled carbon nanotubes; a speed of binding the first polymer to the semiconducting single walled carbon nanotubes is greater than a speed of binding the second polymer to the semiconducting single walled carbon nanotubes; and a binding strength between the first polymer and the semiconducting single walled carbon nanotubes is less than a binding strength between the second polymer and the semiconducting single walled carbon nanotubes. The disclosure can realize high-yielding selective separation of high-purity and highly dispersive semiconductoring single walled carbon nanotubes, thereby reducing costs, and improving the repeatability and stability of the separation.
