A display apparatus can include a substrate comprising a plurality of subpixels, a display area, and a non-display area; a first insulating layer disposed on the substrate; a plurality of first electrodes disposed on the first insulating layer and disposed at the plurality of subpixels, respectively; a bank disposed between the plurality of subpixels; a hole configured to divide the first insulating layer into an inner first insulating layer portion and an outer first insulating layer portion in the non-display area at a periphery of the display area, the inner first insulating layer portion being closer to the display area than the outer first insulating layer portion; a first layer disposed under the hole between the inner first insulating layer portion and the outer first insulating layer portion; and an organic layer and a second electrode disposed on the plurality of first electrodes.

Display apparatus

An organic light emitting display comprises a display panel having a plurality of pixels, a gate drive circuit that drives scan lines and emission lines on the display panel, and a data drive circuit that drives data lines on the display panel, (n&#x2212;1)th and nth pixels arranged in a row, a transistor array having a driving transistor, a sampling transistor, and a first initial transistor, and a capacitor connected between an initial voltage input terminal and the sampling transistor. A gate electrode of the first initial transistor for initializing the driving transistor of the nth pixel is connected to a scan line in the (n&#x2212;1)th pixel.

Organic light emitting display

An organic light emitting diode display is discussed. The organic light emitting diode display includes a display area, in which first scan lines, second scan lines, and emission lines are disposed to intersect data lines, and pixels are disposed in a matrix, a data driver supplying a data voltage to the data lines, and a shift register supplying a first scan signal to the first scan lines, supplying a second scan signal to the second scan lines, and supplying an emission control signal to the emission lines. The shift register includes first scan signal stages sequentially supplying the first scan signal to pixels arranged on two adjacent horizontal lines, second scan signal stages sequentially supplying the second scan signal to the pixels, and an emission control signal stage simultaneously supplying the emission control signal to the pixels.

Organic light emitting diode display

Discussed is an organic light emitting display device including a substrate having a display area in which a plurality of plurality pixels are disposed, a non-display area outside of the display area, and at least one open hole area defined between the plurality of pixels, and a stacked layer structure disposed on the substrate and defining the plurality of pixels in the display area, the stacked layer structure including at least one organic layer, wherein the at least one open hole area includes at least one open hole penetrating through the substrate and at least one partition disposed along a circumference of the at least one open hole between the at least one open hole and the plurality of pixels adjacent thereto to separate the at least one organic layer from a corresponding layer that extends to the at least one open hole.

Organic light emitting display device

A touch screen panel includes a plurality of first connection patterns formed on a substrate; an insulation layer having a plurality of contact holes that exposes portions of the plurality of first connection patterns; and a plurality of first electrodes and a plurality of second electrodes formed on the insulating layer, wherein at least one of the plurality of first connection patterns connects at least one adjacent pair of the plurality of first electrodes through at least two of the plurality of contact holes that expose respective portions of the at least one of the plurality of first connection patterns, and at least one hollow is formed by portions of the at least one adjacent pair of the plurality of first electrodes being formed in the at least two of the plurality of contact holes.

Touch screen panel

A touch screen panel includes a substrate having an electrode forming part, and a routing wire forming part, where the routing wire forming part is located at an area outside the electrode forming part. A plurality of first electrode connection patterns is located in the electrode forming part. A plurality of first routing wires and a plurality of second routing wires are both located in the routing wire forming part, and the routing wires are disposed on the same layer with the first electrode connection patterns. An insulation layer is formed on the substrate and over the first electrode connection patterns. The insulation layer has at least two contact holes that expose contact portions of each the plurality of first electrode connection patterns. A plurality of first serial electrodes are arranged in parallel in a first direction and are connected with the plurality of first routing wires, respectively. Each first serial electrode includes a plurality of first electrode elements. A plurality of second serial electrodes are arranged in parallel in a second direction, and are configured to intersect the first serial electrodes. The second serial electrodes are connected with the plurality of second routing wires, respectively, and each second serial electrode includes a plurality of second electrode elements. Each of the plurality of first electrode connection patterns connects adjacent electrode elements of each first serial electrode through respective contact portions accessible through the at least two contact holes.
