An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a rear plate which includes a first through-hole, a flash member which includes a flash lens and a support structure accommodating the flash lens and including a second through-hole opposite to the rear plate, and at least a part of which is disposed in the first through-hole, a support member which supports the flash member and includes a third through-hole opposite to at least a part of the second through-hole, and a microphone module which is disposed under the support member and covers the third through-hole.

Various embodiments of the disclosure relate to an electronic device comprising a connector capable of connecting an antenna. The electronic device may comprise a connector and a wireless communication circuit which can receive wireless communication data. The connector may comprise a housing which forms the outer surface of the connector and has an opening on at least a part of the outer surface so that an external connector can be coupled thereto in a first direction or a second direction, a plurality of first pins corresponding to the first direction, and a plurality of second pins corresponding to the second direction. The plurality of first pins may comprise at least one first ground pin which corresponds to a first frequency band and can be connected to the wireless communication circuit, and at least one second ground pin which corresponds to a second frequency band and can be connected to the wireless communication circuit. The plurality of second pins may comprise at least one third ground pin which corresponds to the first frequency band and can be connected to the wireless communication circuit, and at least one fourth ground pin which corresponds to the second frequency band and can be connected to the wireless communication circuit. Other embodiments are also possible.

An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a front plate, a back plate that faces away from the front plate, a side member including a frame structure that surrounds an inner space between the front plate and the back plate and a plate structure extending from the frame structure into the inner space, a display disposed between the plate structure and the front plate, a first speaker unit disposed in the inner space, at least part of the first speaker unit being supported by the plate structure, a first metal plate disposed between the plate structure and the display, and a sealing member that is disposed between the first metal plate and the display and that has a first opening portion formed on a side thereof. A first chamber is formed between the first speaker unit and the first metal plate, and a second chamber surrounded by the sealing member is formed between the first metal plate and the display. The second chamber and the first chamber are fluidly connected with each other by the first opening portion such that a first resonator structure corresponding to the first speaker unit is formed between the display and the plate structure.

A method of controlling the output according to a type of connector and an electronic device adapted to the method are provided. The method includes determining whether a first, second and third external connector is inserted into a receptacle, via a circuit connected to the receptacle, wherein the receptacle is configured to receive the first, second or third external connector, each of the first and second connector includes a first number of contacts, and the third external connector includes a second number of contacts less than the first number of contacts; providing an audio output signal to the first external connector in a first manner when the first external connector is inserted into the receptacle; providing an audio output signal to the second external connector in a second manner which differs from the first manner when the second external connector is inserted into the receptacle; and providing an audio output signal to the third external connector in a third manner which differs from the first and second manners when the third external connector is inserted into the receptacle.

Method and apparatus for controlling output based on type of connector

An electronic device is provided including a housing, an opening formed on a side of the housing, a hole connected to the opening, a receptacle disposed inside the hole, having a structure for receiving an external connector, and comprising a plurality of pins, a memory, a processor electrically coupled to the memory, and a circuit electrically coupled to the processor and the receptacle. When the external connector is inserted into the receptacle, the circuit may receive at least one of a signal and a current through at least one of the pins, and selects one of a plurality of audio signal processing methods provided to the external connector through the receptacle based on at least one of the received signal and the current.
