A front body structure for mounting front structure parts including a front back beam unit, a sub-frame, and a fender apron upper member thereon includes: front side members provided on left and right sides, respectively, in a width direction of a vehicle body while extending in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle body, each front side member being manufactured of an aluminum extrusion member; and mounting units coupled to front portions of the front side members, respectively, to mount the front structure parts thereon, each mounting unit being made of an aluminum material, wherein the mounting units form a plurality of load paths connected to the front side members through a plurality of reinforcing ribs outside the front side members.

Front body structure

An embodiment casting vehicle body structure includes a fender apron upper member, a shock absorber housing disposed under the fender apron upper member, a front side member disposed under the shock absorber housing, a side member runner protruding from an inner surface of the front side member, and a side member rib protruding from the side member runner.

Casting vehicle body structure

A front vehicle body structure is provided. The front vehicle body structure includes fender apron upper members that extend longitudinally and disposed in left and right sides of the front vehicle body in a width direction, respectively. Front pillar members traversely extend and are disposed in the left and right sides of the front vehicle body in the width direction, respectively. A cowl upper cross reinforcing member extends in the width direction. Further, front pillar upper members longitudinally extend and are disposed in left and right sides of the front vehicle body in the width direction, respectively, and are disposed rearward of the longitudinal direction and upward of the transverse direction against the fender apron upper member. Further, a joint is coupled with front ends of the fender apron upper members, the front pillar members, the front pillar upper members, and the cowl upper cross reinforcing member, respectively.

Front vehicle body structure

A front vehicle body structure includes: lower side members extended in a length direction of a vehicle, and disposed at left and right sides in a width direction of the vehicle; a dash lower cross reinforcement member extended in the width direction of the vehicle, and to which a rear end of each of the front lower side members in the length direction of the vehicle is coupled; and joints to which the rear ends of the left and right front lower side members and the dash lower cross reinforcement member are coupled, which can result in enhanced structural rigidity of the vehicle front body.

A front vehicle body structure includes: front lower side members extending along a length of a vehicle and located on left and right sides along a width of the vehicle; and a center lower cross reinforcement member extending along the width of the vehicle so as to interconnect middle portions of the left and right front lower side members along the length of the vehicle, where a steering gear box is mounted on the center lower cross reinforcement member.

A front vehicle body structure may include front lower side members extended along a length direction of a vehicle, disposed in left and right sides along a width direction of the vehicle, and provided in a lower portion in a height direction of the vehicle, front upper side members extended along the length direction of the vehicle, disposed in left and right sides along the width direction of the vehicle, and provided higher in position than the front lower side members in the height direction of the vehicle, and fender apron upper members extended along the length direction of the vehicle, disposed in left and right sides along the width direction of the vehicle, and provided higher in position than the front upper side members in the height direction of the vehicle.

A front vehicle body structure may include front upper side members extending in a longitudinal direction of a vehicle and disposed at both left and right sides in a width direction of the vehicle, fender apron upper members which are divided into two while extending in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, disposed at both left and right sides in the width direction of the vehicle, and disposed above the front upper side members in the height direction of the vehicle, first joints mounted on the front upper side members, second joints connecting two fender apron upper members, and a shock absorber mounting reinforcing member connecting the second joint and the second joint.
