A display device includes: a pixel driving circuit configured to drive the light emitting elements of pixels; and sensors including a light sensing element and a sensor driving circuit connected with the light sensing element and configured to output a sensing signal corresponding to a light, the sensor driving circuit including: a reset transistor including a first electrode configured to receive a reset signal, a second electrode connected with a first sensing node, and a third electrode configured to receive a reset control signal; an amplification transistor including a first electrode configured to receive a sensing driving voltage, a second electrode connected with a second sensing node, and a third electrode connected with the first sensing node; and an output transistor including a first electrode connected with the second sensing node, a second electrode connected with a sensing line, and a third electrode configured to receive an output control signal.

A display apparatus includes: a plurality of light-emitting diodes in a display area; a gate driver in a non-display area around the display area, the gate driver including a plurality of stages; a conductive line in the non-display area; an insulating layer on the conductive line; and a connection line on the insulating layer and electrically connecting the conductive line with a transistor of a first stage from among the plurality of stages.

Display apparatus

A display device includes a base layer and a pixel layer that is disposed on the base layer and that includes a plurality of reference pixel units and a plurality of sensors. Each of the plurality of reference pixel units includes a first light emitting element, a second light emitting element, and a third light emitting element. Each of the plurality of sensors includes a light sensing element disposed between two second light emitting elements adjacent to each other in a first direction and disposed between the first and third light emitting elements in a second direction intersecting the first direction. The plurality of first input lines includes a start signal line, and the start signal line is electrically connected to the electrostatic discharge prevention circuit.

A display device includes a light emitting element, a pixel circuit disposed below the light emitting element and electrically connected to the light emitting element, a first light receiving element disposed adjacent to the light emitting element, a sensing circuit disposed below the first light receiving element and electrically connected to the first light receiving element, a second light receiving element spaced apart from the first light receiving element and electrically connected to the sensing circuit and adjacent to the light emitting element, and a dummy circuit pattern disposed below the second light receiving element.

A display device includes: a display panel including a light emitting element and a pixel circuit unit connected to the light emitting element. The pixel circuit unit includes: a first transistor connected between a drive voltage line and the light emitting element and which operates depending on a potential of a first node; a second transistor connected between a data line and a second node; a first capacitor electrode connected to the first node; a second capacitor electrode connected to the second node and which faces the first capacitor electrode; a third capacitor electrode connected to the second node; a fourth capacitor electrode, which faces the third capacitor electrode and is connected to the drive voltage line; a bridge electrode, which connects the second capacitor electrode and the third capacitor electrode; and a shielding electrode, which overlaps the bridge electrode in a plan view.

The sensor driver includes: a switching circuit connected between a first input terminal for receiving a first clock signal of a first operating frequency and a first clock node, and to output a first filtering clock signal of a second operating frequency to the first clock node in response to a first enable signal; and a driving circuit to output the sensor scan signal in response to the first filtering clock signal of the first clock node.

A gate driving circuit is provided. Each stage of the gate driving circuit includes a first node controller configured to control a voltage level of a first node connected to a gate of a pull-down transistor, and a second node controller configured to control a voltage level of a second node connected to a gate of a pull-up transistor, wherein the first node controller comprises a first circuit and a second circuit, wherein the first circuit is connected between the first node and an input terminal to which a start signal is input, and configured to transfer the start signal to the first node, and the second circuit is connected between the input terminal and the first node, and may be configured to boost a voltage level of a voltage of the first node.

A display device includes a display area and a peripheral area disposed adjacent to the display area, a display element arranged in the display area, a first semiconductor layer, a gate conductive layer, a first connection electrode layer, and a second connection electrode layer, sequentially arranged on a substrate, and a bias voltage supply line arranged in the peripheral area. The bias voltage supply line includes a top supply line and a bottom supply line arranged on different layers, and the top supply line and the second connection electrode layer are arranged on a same layer.
