The present invention relates to a novel compound represented by following formula 2 produced by means of marine-derived fungussp. and a composition for improving skin wrinkles, enhancing elasticity and skin whitening using excellent collagen synthesis promoting activity and melanin production inhibitory activity of the novel compound. In formula 2, Ris any one selected from the group consisting of H, OH, COOH, an alkyl having 1 to 6 carbon atoms and an alkoxy having 1 to 6 carbon atoms. Ris any one selected from the group consisting of H, OH, COOH, an alkyl having 1 to 6 carbon atoms and an alkoxy having 1 to 6 carbon atoms. Ris any one selected from the group consisting of H, OH, COOH, an alkyl having 1 to 6 carbon atoms and an alkoxy having 1 to 6 carbon atoms. Ris any one selected from the group consisting of H, OH, COOH, an alkyl having 1 to 6 carbon atoms and an alkoxy having 1 to 6 carbon atoms.
