Disclosed is an apparatus for metadata management and collection, which includes a settings managing unit that generates setting information of data obtained from a data source, a source managing unit that generates source information associated with the data source, a job managing unit that starts or stops a data collection job based on the source information, an object collecting unit that requests an external system for a list of metadata based on the setting information and the source information, a metadata importing unit that imports metadata from the list of the metadata based on the setting information and the source information, a data downloading unit that downloads target metadata of the imported metadata based on the setting information and the source information, and a queue managing unit that generates a data queue depending on a request of the job managing unit.

Apparatus and method for managing and collecting metadata

Disclosed are an electronic device and a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium. Conventionally, most of institutions, companies, etc. have defined and used their own data standards for the business purposes. Most of the data is stored in relational database in a structured format. Now as convergence between industries, new business and new data increases, an active data management system is becoming necessary. The electronic devices according to the disclosure can provide data hub device providing automatically extendable data management function interworking with an open data reference model management device (an active metadata management). Accordingly, the data hubs can exchange standardized data maps among them so as to quickly adapt to such changes in the open industry environment.

Method of interoperability for data hubs based on active metadata management

Provided are a device and method for synchronizing data between hubs in real time. The method includes verifying a session interworking environment, deriving session negotiation candidates, generating a session negotiation protocol message, transmitting a session negotiation request signal including the generated session negotiation protocol message to a second data hub, receiving a session negotiation settlement signal corresponding to the session negotiation request signal from the second data hub, generating a session module on the basis of the session negotiation settlement signal, and transmitting a session negotiation settlement signal to the second data hub.

Device and method for synchronizing data in real time between data hubs

Provided is a data management system including a master group including a data manager configured to manage data, a process manager configured to manage a process of analyzing the data, and a meta data storage unit configured to store meta data information for managing the data; and at least one work group including a work manager configured to manage resources, the data, and a data process on the basis of a scope of groups, and at least one node manager configured to manage the resources, the data, and the data process on the basis of a scope of nodes. The master group and the at least one work group are dispersed from each other.
