A sensor shifting actuator includes a sensor substrate on which an image sensor having an imaging surface is disposed; a base configured to accommodate the sensor substrate; and a driver configured to drive the image sensor in a first direction and a second direction, parallel to the imaging surface. The sensor substrate includes a movable portion on which the image sensor is disposed, a fixed portion coupled to the base, and a connection portion disposed between the movable portion and the fixed portion. Depending on a movement direction of the image sensor in the first direction or the second direction, the movable portion and the connection portion relatively move with respect to the fixed portion, or the movable portion relatively moves with respect to the connection portion.

Camera module with sensor shifting actuator

A sensor shifting module is provided. The module includes a fixed body, a movable body movably disposed inside the fixed body and including an image sensor having an imaging plane oriented in a first direction, and a driving unit moving the movable body in a direction, perpendicular to the first direction, with respect to the fixed body, and rotating the movable body about an axis parallel to the first direction. The driving unit includes a driving coil coupled to one of the fixed body and the movable body, and a driving yoke coupled to the other of the fixed body and the movable body, the driving yoke faces the driving coil in a direction perpendicular to the first direction. When a current is applied to the driving coil, the movable body moves in a direction perpendicular to the first direction, or rotates about an axis parallel to the first direction.

Sensor shifting module and camera module having the same

A camera module is provided. The camera module includes a fixed body which has an internal space; a first movable body movably disposed on the fixed body; a substrate disposed on the first movable body, and on which an image sensor is mounted; a yoke disposed on one of the fixed body and the first movable body; a coil disposed on the other of the fixed body and the first movable body, and disposed to face the yoke; and an elastic member connected to the fixed body and the first movable body, and configured to provide a restorative force to the first movable body.

A sensor shifting module includes a fixed body, a first body movably disposed in the fixed body, a second body movably disposed in the first body and coupled to an image sensor having an imaging plane facing a first direction, a first driver configured to move the second body in a direction orthogonal to the first direction with respect to the first body, a second driver configured to rotate the second body about an axis parallel to the first direction with respect to the first body; and a third driver configured to rotate the first body about an axis orthogonal to the first direction with respect to the fixed body.

A sensor shifting module includes a fixed body; a first movable body, movably disposed in the fixed body, comprising an image sensor having an imaging plane opposite to a first direction; and a driver, configured to move the first movable body in a direction orthogonal to the first direction with respect to the fixed body, comprising a driving coil coupled to one of the fixed body and the first movable body, and a driving yoke coupled to another of the fixed body and the first movable body. The driving yoke is disposed to oppose the driving coil in the direction orthogonal to the first direction. When current is applied to the driving coil, the first movable body is configured to move in the direction orthogonal to the first direction by electromagnetic interaction between the driving coil and the driving yoke.

Camera module with sensor shifting module

A sensor shifting module includes a fixed body, a first movable body movably disposed on the fixed body and coupled to an image sensor having an imaging plane oriented in a first direction, and a first driver configured to rotate the first movable body about an axis orthogonal to the first direction with respect to the fixed body, wherein the first driver includes a tilt guide ball disposed between the fixed body and the first movable body to provide a tilt center for the first movable body with respect to the fixed body.

A camera module includes a housing, a carrier movable in a first direction and disposed in the housing, a first body movably disposed inside the carrier, an image sensor disposed on the first body and having an imaging surface facing in the first direction, and supporting balls disposed between the carrier and the first body. The first body moves perpendicular to the first direction in a state supported by the supporting balls with respect to the carrier.

A sensor shifting actuator is provided. The sensor shifting actuator include a first movable body in which an image sensor having an imaging surface is disposed, a fixed body in which the first movable body is disposed to be movable in first and second directions parallel to the imaging surface, a driving unit configured to provide a driving force to the first movable body, and a position sensing unit configured to sense a position of the first movable body and including a sensing coil disposed on any one of the first movable body and the fixed body and a sensing yoke unit disposed on the other thereof, wherein the sensing yoke unit includes a plurality of sensing yokes spaced apart from each other in a direction orthogonal to the imaging surface, and each sensing yoke is configured to change in width in a moving direction of the first movable body.

The sensor shifting module includes a fixed body; a first movable body movably disposed in the fixed body; a second movable body movably disposed on the first movable body and coupled to an image sensor having an imaging plane oriented in a first direction; and a first driver configured to move the first movable body in a direction orthogonal to the first direction with respect to the fixed body; a second driver configured to rotate the first movable body about an axis parallel to the first direction with respect to the fixed body; and a third driver configured to rotate the second movable body to rotate about an axis orthogonal to the first direction with respect to the first movable body.

A sensor shifting module includes a fixed body; a movable body movably, disposed in the fixed body, comprising an image sensor having an imaging plane oriented in a first direction; a substrate configured to deform based on a movement of the movable body with respect to the fixed body; and a driver, configured to move the movable body in a direction orthogonal to the first direction, comprising a driving coil coupled to one of the fixed body and the movable body, and a driving yoke coupled to another of the fixed body and the movable body. The driving yoke is disposed to oppose the driving coil in the direction orthogonal to the first direction. When current is applied to the driving coil, the movable body is configured to move in the direction orthogonal to the first direction by electromagnetic interaction between the driving coil and the driving yoke.

A camera module includes: a lens module including a lens and movably disposed in a housing; a first displacement identification layer disposed on the lens module, configured to move according to movement of the lens module, and having a width varying according to coordinates in one direction in the lens module; and a second displacement identification layer disposed on the lens module, configured to move according to the movement of the lens module, and having a width varying according to the coordinates in the one direction in the lens module. The first and second displacement identification layers are arranged such that a coordinate, among the coordinates in the one direction, corresponding to a maximum width of the first displacement identification layer is different from a coordinate, among the coordinates in the one direction in the lens module, corresponding to a maximum width of the second displacement identification layer.

A camera module includes a fixed portion, a movable portion configured to be moved relative to the fixed portion in an optical axis direction, at least two position detection sensors, and a magnet disposed to oppose the at least two position detection sensors in a direction intersecting the optical axis direction. The magnet includes an N-pole and an S-pole on a surface opposing the at least two position detection sensors and a neutral zone between the N-pole and the S-pole. The at least two position detection sensors are disposed such that at least one position detection sensor opposes one of the N-pole and the S-pole and at least one other positon detection sensor opposes the neutral zone when the movable portion is moved in the optical axis direction.

A camera module includes: a housing in which a lens module is accommodated; and a shake correction portion including first and second movable yokes mounted on the lens module and first and second coil portions disposed to oppose the first and second movable yokes, respectively. The first coil portion is configured to attract the first movable yoke in response to power being applied to the first coil portion. The second coil portion is configured to attract the second movable yoke in response to power being applied to the second coil portion.

A coil component includes: a body having a first surface and a second surface opposing each other in one direction and including a core extending in the one direction; a coil portion embedded in the body and having at least one turn around the core; and an external electrode disposed at least on the first surface of the body and connected to the coil portion. A first distance from the coil portion to a third surface of the body is greater than a second distance from the coil portion to a fourth surface of the body. The third and fourth surfaces oppose each other and have the core disposed therebetween. Turns of the coil portion disposed between the third surface of the body and the core are more than those of the coil portion disposed between the fourth of the body and the core.

Coil component

A multilayer capacitor and a board on which the multilayer capacitor is mounted provide increased capacitor effective area. The multilayer capacitor includes a capacitor body having first and second dielectric layers each with first and second internal electrodes, first and second external electrodes disposed on a surface of the capacitor body, a first via electrode connecting the first internal electrodes to the first external electrode, and a second via electrode connecting the second internal electrodes to the second external electrode. The first and second dielectric layers are alternately stacked in the first direction such that the first internal electrode of the first dielectric layer overlaps the second internal electrode of the second dielectric layer in a first direction, and the second internal electrode of the first dielectric layer overlaps the first internal electrode of the second dielectric layer in the first direction.
