An organic light emitting display device includes a substrate, a first pixel configured emit light having a first color, and a second pixel configured to emit light having a second color different from the first color. Each of the first and second pixels comprises a first electrode formed over the substrate, a light emission layer formed over the first electrode, an electron transport layer formed over the light emission layer, and a second electrode formed over the electron transport layer. The electron transport layer comprises a first electron transport material and a second electron transport material different from the first electron transport material. A ratio by weight of the first electron transport material to the second electron transport material in the first pixel is substantially different from that of the first electron transport material to the second electron transport material in the second pixel.

A method of cleaning off organic deposition material accumulated on a mask includes forming an organic deposition material pattern on a substrate using the mask, which includes a plurality of slots, in a deposition chamber including a deposition source; transporting the mask to a stock chamber that is maintained at a vacuum and adjacent to the deposition chamber; and partially cleaning off the organic deposition material accumulated along the boundaries of the slots of the mask in the stock chamber. A system to clean off an organic deposition material accumulated on a mask having a plurality of slots, includes a deposition chamber including a deposition source; and a stock chamber that is maintained at substantially the same vacuum as the deposition chamber and includes a cleaning device that cleans off the organic deposition material accumulated on the mask.

Method and apparatus for cleaning organic deposition materials

An organic light emitting diode includes a display substrate assembly including an organic light emitting element; an encapsulation substrate assembly disposed on the display substrate assembly with a space therebetween and sealed with the display substrate assembly in a vacuum-tight manner; and a filling agent filling the space between the display substrate assembly and the encapsulation substrate assembly. The filling agent is adapted to selectively absorb external light entering through the encapsulation substrate assembly and incident on the organic light emitting element as a function of wavelength in a wavelength band of the external light to control transmittance.

An optical film and an organic light emitting display apparatus including the optical film are disclosed. In one embodiment, the optical film is formed on a substrate of the organic light emitting display, and the substrate is configured to transmit light, emitted from an organic light emission unit of the display, toward the optical film. Further, the optical film is configured to absorb ambient light via a first portion, and the optical film is further configured to at least partially transmit light emitted from the organic light emission unit to the environment via a second portion.

Organic light-emitting display device

An organic light-emitting display apparatus includes: a substrate; a pixel electrode disposed on the substrate; a counter electrode disposed on the pixel electrode and capable of transmitting light; an organic emission layer disposed between the pixel electrode and the counter electrode so as to emit light toward at least the counter electrode; and a light-transmitting layer disposed on the counter electrode along a path of light emitted from the organic emission layer and including at least one inorganic film and organic films separated by the inorganic film. At least two of the organic films each include a first material having a first refractive index and a second material having a second refractive index. The first refractive index is greater than the second refractive index, and the first material is dispersed in the second material in the form of plurality of particles.

Organic light-emitting display apparatus and method of manufacturing the same

Embodiments provide an organic light emitting diode display. The display includes a substrate, a pixel electrode formed on the substrate, and an organic emissive layer formed on the pixel electrode. A common electrode is formed on the organic emissive layer. In addition, a crystallized light scattering layer is formed on the common electrode. The crystallized light scattering layer may be a crystallized organic or crystallized inorganic layer having a rough surface in order to effectively scatter light and prevent phenomenon, such as Newton's Rings from occurring in the display.

An organic light emitting diode (OLED) display according to an exemplary embodiment includes a display substrate on which a plurality of organic light emitting diodes are formed; a conducting material layer contacting one of electrodes included in the organic light emitting diode; an encapsulation substrate facing the display substrate; and an anti-reflective light transmission layer that is formed on a surface of the encapsulation substrate and is connected to the conducting material layer.
