An electro-mechanical brake device comprising: a sensor unit comprising one or more sensors; an electronic parking brake (EPB) configured to fix a wheel of the vehicle when the vehicle is parked; a hydraulic braking unit configured to supply a braking force to a wheel brake using hydraulic pressure generated at a master cylinder; a driving control unit configured to determine whether braking is required for the vehicle based on at least one of a driver's braking intention, a change in the hydraulic pressure at the master cylinder, a vehicle status, an engine status and a transmission state, and further configured to determine whether an actuator has failed; and an actuator decision unit configured to, when the driving control unit determines that braking is required for the vehicle, brake the vehicle using any one of the hydraulic braking unit and the EPB depending on whether the actuator has failed.

As an ejector of the present disclosure and a cooling apparatus having the same include a suction guide unit at least partially having a curved surface so that the ejector guides a flow of a refrigerant, a structure is improved and thus a flow loss can be reduced. Disclosed herein is a refrigeration cycle includes a first refrigerant circuit configured to cause a refrigerant ejected from a compressor to flow through a condenser, an ejector, a first evaporator, and a second evaporator and flow back to the compressor; a second refrigerant circuit configured to cause the refrigerant to bypass the first evaporator in the first refrigerant circuit; and a third refrigerant circuit branching at a junction provided at a downstream end of the condenser from at least one of the first refrigerant circuit and the second refrigerant circuit, and configured to cause the refrigerant to flow through an expansion device and a third evaporator and flow to the ejector. By such configuration, a coefficient of performance (COP) of a refrigeration cycle may be improved and an ejector may be used to improve energy efficiency.

Method and apparatus for diagnosis of brake light

An actuator which is actuated by an external input and also can remove noise caused by a high frequency by providing a low pass filter capable of preventing a particular high frequency through its mechanical structure. The actuator includes an external gimbal, an internal gimbal, and a connection axis which is disposed in an identical direction to an axis extended from the external gimbal. In this intake, the connection axis is provided between the external gimbal and internal gimbal whereby a not desired high frequency vibration may not be transmitted to a vibrated body provided in the internal gimbal. The actuator constructed as above does not need an electrical control and an additional part, and can be actuated by an external input, and also is highly productive and does not require an additional cost by providing a low pass filter with only comparatively simple change of a mechanical design.
