A skin-penetrating carrier containing a nucleic acid complex having a novel structure which introduces a bioactive nucleic acid into cells. Composition for diagnosing, preventing or treating disease and to a skin-penetrating carrier containing a nucleic acid complex in which a bioactive nucleic acid and a carrier peptide nucleic acid are complementarily bound to each other, and having skin permeability and skin retention ability. Skin-penetrating carrier containing nucleic acid complex having structure of Structural Formula (1) has both a skin penetration function of effectively delivering a large-molecular-weight drug and in vivo effectiveness. Carrier enables bioactive nucleic acids or various compounds to pass through the epidermis and dermis of the skin, thus enables external treatment by application to the skin surface.

Disclosed are a method for analyzing a melting curve using bi-functional fluorescent PNA probes, a method for diagnosing microsatellite instability (MSI) using the same, and a kit for diagnosing microsatellite instability (MSI) using the same. More particularly, disclosed are a method for analyzing a melting curve, based on the structure of fluorescent PNA probes that bind with different binding forces depending on the number of base mutations deleted using the fluorescent PNA probes capable of specifically binding to regions where the same base is repeated, and a method for rapidly and accurately detecting and analyzing microsatellite instability (MSI) by detecting gene mutation of microsatellite markers caused by base deletion in regions where the same base is repeated using the analysis method and analyzing the number of base mutations thus obtained. The method and kit can analyze the presence of deletion of microsatellite marker genes with high sensitivity and specificity using five microsatellite markers of Quasi loci, thus having advantages of reducing costs, shortening a test time, and the like, as compared to conventional MSI diagnostic methods.

Peptide nucleic acid complex having improved cell permeability and pharmaceutical composition comprising same

The present invention relates to a peptide nucleic acid (PNA) conjugated with multi-amine linkers, and a method to prepare the same and utilization thereof. More specifically, the method is characterized by conjugating monomers having multi-amine functionality sequentially at a PNA terminal, and effectively immobilizing the PNA conjugated with multi-amine linkers on a solid surface. A PNA array prepared using the PNA conjugated with multi-amine linkers exhibits improved sensitivity and specificity of signals for detecting target nucleic acids as compared to a PNA array using PNA probes having only one amine group. The PNA conjugated with multi-amine linkers can be utilized in nucleic acid detecting devices or kits for gene diagnosis such as PNA microarrays, PNA chips, PNA field-effect transistors and impedance detectors.
