A system of testing electricity flow of a battery manages registration, modification, deletion, and display of a set value, a measured value, and a diagnostic value for each test item for the battery and matches the set value for each test item registered by the test item manager with a type of the battery and stores the set value. The system also identifies a phase difference between an input frequency input to the battery and an output frequency corresponding to the input frequency to determine a high-frequency resonant frequency and then calculates an AC impedance corresponding to the determined high-frequency resonant frequency and compares the calculated AC impedance with an electricity flow upper limit to diagnose that the electricity flow is normal when the calculated AC impedance is lower than the electricity flow upper limit and diagnose that the electricity flow is abnormal when the calculated AC impedance is higher.

A device and method of estimating state-of-health of a battery is provided. A device of estimating a state-of-health (SOH) of a battery includes: a memory configured to load a program for calculating a state-of-balance (SOB) value by voltage of a plurality of cells constituting the battery and estimating a state-of-health balance value which is a state-of-health value of the battery to which the state-of-balance value by voltage is applied; and a processor configured to execute instructions included in the program loaded by the memory. A device and method of estimating state-of-charge of a battery is provided. A device of estimating state-of-charge (SOC) of a battery includes: a memory configured to load a program for correcting a voltage-to-remaining capacity correlation, in which a battery voltage is matched for each remaining capacity, based on a state-of-balance value by voltage of the battery; and a processor configured to execute instructions included in the program loaded in the memory.

Device and method for estimating state of battery

A system for obtaining state information of a battery may be disclosed. The system includes: at least one first harness cable for obtaining, on the basis of a CAN protocol, data indicating state information of the battery from a battery management system of the battery; an analyzer for providing a driving signal for driving the battery management system; and a first junction box for transmitting the data input through the first harness cable to the analyzer, wherein the analyzer may be configured to output the data received from the first junction box to the outside.

Provided is a method for diagnosing a state of reusable (SOR) of a battery and, more specifically, to a method for diagnosing an SOR of a battery, the method being capable of diagnosing the overall state of a battery during battery reuse by separately diagnosing a state of health (SOH) and a state of power (SOP) of the battery. The method for diagnosing a state of reusable (SOR) of a battery according to the present invention includes: estimating a state of charge (SOC) according to a change in an open circuit voltage (OCV); estimating a state of health (SOH) by using the SOC; calculating a state of power (SOP) in consideration of an output of a current battery; and calculating the SOR by using the SOH and the SOP.
