The present invention relates to a BLDC motor integrated with an inverter, having a motor and an inverter part that are integrally formed, and to a BLDC motor integrated with an inverter, having an improved arrangement of switching elements mounted on a PCB substrate of an inverter part and three phase terminals of a stator coil such that the inverter part including the PCB substrate can be compactly formed.

Provided is an inverter built-in BLDC motor including: an inverter housing having one side coupled to a motor, an inside formed to be hollow, and the other side formed to be open, and having a PCB substrate provided in the hollow portion; a bearing mounted in a bearing mounting portion of the inverter housing and having a rotating shaft of a rotor of the motor rotatably coupled thereto; and a bearing cover coupled to a bearing mounting groove of the bearing mounting portion mounted with the bearing and formed to close an opening portion of the bearing mounting groove on an inner bottom surface of the inverter housing.

Disclosed herein is a motor-driven compressor with an inverter that is connected with an external power source via a connector part and controls a driving part which drives a compressing part to compress fluid. A printed circuit board is provided between the connector part and the driving part. Thus, noise transmitted from the driving part to the connector part is reduced, so that it is possible to minimize the transmission of the noise to an external power source.

Disclosed herein is a stator assembly for a motor. The stator assembly comprises a stator core having a plurality of teeth around each of which a stator coil is wound, a first insulator coupled to one side of the stator core to provide insulation between one tooth and an adjacent tooth, a second insulator coupled to the other side of the stator core to provide insulation between one tooth and an adjacent tooth, and a three-phase terminal inserted between the stator core and the second insulator and protruded partially to the outside of the second insulator to be electrically connected to an inverter. According to the present invention, there are advantageous effects that since the three-phase terminal is assembled between insulators, breakaway and breakage of the three-phase terminal can be prevented and that insulation effect and assembly capability thereof are enhanced.
