A torsion beam of a coupled torsion beam axle may include an external beam having a first cross-section in which an external protrusion of a middle end portion of the external beam is formed to protrude toward upward in a longitudinal direction of the external beam, and external skirt portions are vertically extended along the longitudinal direction at both end portions of the external protrusion; and an internal beam having a second cross-section in which an internal protrusion of a middle end portion in the internal beam is inserted into the external beam to face the external protrusion of the external beam, and internal skirt portions are extended in a vertical direction at both end portions of the internal protrusion, and each external surface of the internal skirt portions and each internal surface of the external skirt portions are surface-bonded in a mutually matched state. A gap is formed between an external surface of the internal protrusion and an internal surface of the external protrusion to form a closed cross-section.

Disclosed herein is an injection molding apparatus. That apparatus includes an axially extending bar shaped support bar and an inner mold that has a plurality of internal parts surrounding the support bar and is axially divided into a plurality of parts in which one or more corresponding parts in the inner parts have an inner circumferential surface width the same or larger than an outer circumferential surface width. A mount bushing of a stabilizer bar for a vehicle includes an insert adapted to be directly molded to a predetermined position of the stabilizer bar, a sliding bearing comprising a pair of bearings and adapted to be coupled to an exterior circumference of the insert, a lubrication layer being formed between the insert and the sliding bearing, a rubber bushing comprising upper and lower rubber members and adapted to be coupled to the sliding bearing such that the rubber bushing encloses an exterior circumference of the sliding bearing, a bracket adapted to enclose the rubber bushing and to be fixed to a vehicle body, and first and second sealing means adapted to prevent foreign materials from flowing into the rubber bushing and to prevent grease in the rubber bushing from flowing out.

A sub-frame mount for a suspension may include a frame structure having an upper plate and a lower plate, a front mounting portion provided at a front portion of the frame structure, and connected to a vehicle body through a first mount bolt, and a rear mounting portion provided at a rear portion of the frame structure, and connected to the vehicle body through a second mount bolt, wherein the respective rear mounting portion includes, a first hole formed at the upper plate, a second hole corresponding to the first hole and formed at the lower plate, width of the second hole corresponding approximately to the width of the body of the second mount bolt, and a third hole connected to the second hole so that a head of the second mount bolt can pass through the third hole.
