According to an embodiment, the method includes receiving, by a terminal, a VCC function notification message, the VCC function notification message including VCC enabling information indicating whether a VCC function of the terminal is to be enabled or disabled; and enabling or disabling the VCC function of the terminal based on the VCC function notification message.
