Disclosed are systems and methods for conducting an open conversation user interface and more particularly, to a channel-agnostic user interface experience which can utilize automated background intelligence to simplify the exchange between a software system or member service representative (MSR) and a member, and avoids the need for web-based free form inputs.

Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, to provide digital identification. One of these methods includes receiving a request for a digital document from a digital wallet executing on a mobile device. The method includes identifying a digital document provider capable of providing the requested document. The method includes sending the request for the digital document to the identified digital document provider. The method includes receiving, from the digital document provider, information that enables the mobile device to view the digital document and does not enable the computer system to view the digital document.

Systems and methods for facilitating digital document communication

A method disclosed comprises receiving sensor data indicating probable damage to the autonomous vehicle from a sensor aboard the autonomous vehicle. The method analyzing the sensor data using a decision engine to determine a confidence factor associated with the probable damage to the autonomous vehicle, and, based on the confidence factor meeting a threshold value, determining an occurrence of a condition causing damage. The method includes sending a command to a vehicle actuation manager to move the autonomous vehicle to a safe location in response to the condition and sending an alert. Systems implementing similar aspects are also disclosed.

A database of users includes user profiles with information corresponding to the respective user. Software is provided enabling the pairing of at least one non-linear non-financial variable with at least one transaction between or among users, the non-linear non-financial variable received from one of the users involved in the transaction. Where the transactions are specific performance transactions, they can be weighted differently with respect to each other based on type or based on at least one of either the performer or the recipient of the specific performance transaction. Optionally, user profiles include a trustworthiness score generated based on an aggregation of the user's specific performance transactions with other users.

Systems and methods for creating, processing, managing, and tracking multivariant transactions

Systems and methods to provide for social media monitoring and employee social media monitoring are described herein. In one example, a method includes a determining a score associated with a likelihood that a post on a social media network is associated with a trigger event. The post is transmitted to a computing device, based at least on the score. A response to the post is received from the computing device. An indication that the response is approved is received. The response is posted to the social media network, based at least on the indication that the response is approved.
