Disclosed is a flue gas low-temperature adsorption denitration system and process. The system includes a booster fan, a cold energy recoverer, a flue gas cooling system, a flue gas switching valve, and two denitration adsorption towers. An inlet of the booster fan is in communication with an inlet flue gas pipeline. The booster fan, the cold energy recoverer, the flue gas cooling system, the flue gas switching valve, and the denitration adsorption towers are sequentially communicated. An outlet of the flue gas switching valve is in communication with each of the two second denitration adsorption towers. Flue gas outlets of the two denitration adsorption towers are in communication with a flue gas manifold. The flue gas manifold is communicated with the cold quantity recoverer. Two denitration adsorption towers take turns to carry out denitration and regeneration processes, so that continuous denitration operations of the system can be achieved.

The present disclosure provides a recycling method of amphiphilic surface-active pollutants in water, comprising: performing a polymerization reaction by illumination treatment on the amphiphilic surface-active pollutants in water to form a polymerization product; performing self-assembly on the polymerization product for aggregation to form a fluorescent material, and performing separation to obtain a recycled product. Through treatment of the amphiphilic surface-active pollutants by illumination, the present disclosure can realize the recycled utilization of the amphiphilic pollutants in the wastewater by one step of reaction, so that the amphiphilic surface-active pollutants can be converted into usable fluorescent materials, and the biological toxicity is greatly reduced. The present invention provides carbon quantum dots, preparation method and uses thereof. The preparation method of the carbon quantum dots comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a dispersion of carbon based material; (2) mixing a solution of halogenated quinone with the dispersion of carbon based material and preparing a dispersion of carbon based-halogenated quinone composite material by halogenated quinone grafting method; (3) adding a solution of HOto the dispersion of carbon based-halogenated quinone composite material and carrying out reaction thereof, obtaining reaction products; (4) carrying out solid-liquid separation to the reaction products, with the resulting filtrate continuing to react, thus obtaining a dispersion of carbon quantum dots. The obtained quantum dots have a good dispersibility and can be easily separated, also can achieve pollution treatment using pollutants. In addition, the prepared carbon quantum dots have a broad application prospect in the fields of organic pollutant degradation, electrochemical sensors, super capacitors, luminescent materials and photoelectric devices, etc.

Method for preparation of carbon quantum dots and application

The present invention provides a method and a reactor for removing organic matters by immobilized-enzymatic electrode coupled electro-coagulation. In the method, in a single electrochemical system, an enzyme-modified electrode is combined with electro-coagulation to synergistically remove organic matters from water. Certain electrochemical parameters are controlled such that a polymerization reaction is performed between hydrogen peroxide generated by a cathode reaction and organic matters catalyzed by the immobilized-enzymatic electrode. After the polymerization reaction, the organic product enters an anode chamber through a pump. The organic product is precipitated and removed by performing a reaction between the organic product and different hydrolysis products from the electro-coagulation through a coagulating/flocculating effect of compression of a double electric layer, adsorption and electric neutralization as well as precipitation capture. Ultimately, the object of removing the organic matters synergistically through the enzymatic catalyzed polymerization at the cathode and the electro-coagulation at the anode is achieved. The present invention has a strong selectivity for low-concentration toxic organic pollutants and a good effect in removing small-molecular hydrophilic organic matters, the addition amount of enzyme is low, the cathode and the anode are fully used, the cost is reduced, the operation is simple, and the applicable is wide, therefore, the present invention is applicable to a variety of water and wastewater containing organic matters, and the contaminated water.
