A two-component (meth) acrylic adhesive excellent in peel strength at low temperature and impact resistance is provided. A composition comprising components of (1) to (4): (1) a polymerizable vinyl monomer comprising (1-1) to (1-4); (2) a polymerization initiator; (3) a reducing agent; and (4) an elastomer having no polymerizable unsaturated double bond at the end and having 10 to 30 mol % of a (meth) acrylonitrile. A composition comprising components of (1) to (4): (1) a polymerizable vinyl monomer comprising (1-1) to (1-4); (2) a polymerization initiator; (3) a reducing agent; (4) an elastomer having a polymerizable unsaturated double bond at the end and having 10 to 30 mol % of a (meth) acrylonitrile; and (5) an elastomer having no polymerizable unsaturated double bond at the end.

Adhesive composition

A curable resin composition that is adhesive and transparent. The curable resin composition comprises (1) a polymerizable vinyl monomer, (2) a curing agent, (3) a reducing agent, and (4) an acrylic block copolymer having a structure represented by formula (1):[a]-[b]-[a]&#x2003;&#x2003;(1)wherein [a] and [a] each independently represents a polymer block which consists mainly of structural units derived from an alkyl acrylate and/or an alkyl methacrylate and has a glass transition temperature of 90&#xb0; C. or higher, and [b] represents a polymer block which consists mainly of structural units derived from an alkyl acrylate and/or an alkyl methacrylate and has a glass transition temperature of &#x2212;10&#xb0; C. or lower, the copolymer satisfying the relationship (total mass of [a] and [a]/(mass of [b])=5/95 to 80/20.

Provided is a method of manufacturing a translucent rigid substrate laminate to improve a positional precision. Further, a translucent rigid substrate bonding apparatus contributing to improvement of the positional precision while increasing production efficiency of a plate-shaped product is provided. In the method of manufacturing the translucent rigid substrate laminate and the translucent rigid substrate bonding apparatus according to the present invention, when translucent rigid substrates are bonded in a predetermined positional relationship by interposing a photo-curable fixing agent therebetween, the entire fixing agent interposed and spreading between both translucent rigid substrates is cured everytime the translucent rigid substrates are bonded.

Method of manufacturing translucent rigid substrate laminate and translucent rigid substrate bonding apparatus

There is provided a method by which it is possible to precisely process a translucent rigid substrate laminate. The method for processing a translucent rigid substrate laminate includes the steps of: preparing a translucent rigid substrate laminate by adhering two or more translucent rigid substrates with photocurable adhering agent; fixing the laminate to a cradle with predetermined adhesive; performing processing A for cutting the laminate, which is fixed to the cradle, in a thickness direction and forming a desired number of divided translucent rigid substrate laminates, or performing desired outline processing B on the laminate which is fixed to the cradle; and peeling the processed translucent rigid substrate laminate from the cradle by applying external force without heating the translucent rigid substrate laminate at 40&#xb0; C. or more.

Method for processing transluscent rigid substrate laminate and method for manufacturing plate shaped product

Provided is a method for manufacturing a translucent rigid substrate laminate which can improve a thickness precision while decreasing the risk of fractures. In the method for manufacturing a translucent rigid substrate laminate according to the present invention, translucent rigid substrates are placed opposite to each other such that bonding surfaces thereof are parallel to each other, both rigid substrates are brought toward each other while being kept parallel, the both rigid substrates are preliminarily bonded using a photo-curable fixing agent, the bonded translucent rigid substrates are roll-pressed, and the fixing agent is then cured.

Method of manufacturing translucent rigid substrate laminate

Provided is a method of processing a translucent rigid substrate laminate, whereby it becomes possible to maintain peeling properties and good appearance of the translucent rigid substrate laminate during the processing of the translucent rigid substrate laminate even when a process such as transportation and storage is included in the method. Provided is a method of manufacturing a translucent rigid substrate laminate to improve a positional precision while increasing production efficiency. Further, a translucent rigid substrate bonding apparatus contributing to improvement of the positional precision while increasing production efficiency of a plate-shaped product is provided. In the method of manufacturing the translucent rigid substrate laminate and the translucent rigid substrate bonding apparatus according to the present invention, when translucent rigid substrates are bonded in a predetermined positional relationship by interposing a photo-curable fixing agent therebetween, only the fixing agent present on an outer boundary portion of both translucent rigid substrates is cured for provisional fastening.
