Surface force measuring method and surface force measuring apparatus

A pressure sensor includes: a main body case including a housing () and a joint (); an electronic circuit () housed inside the main body case to convert detected pressure into electrical signals to send out; a connecting metal piece (), one end ()of which abuts on an electrode () of the electronic circuit (); a terminal (), one end () of which is joined to the other end () of the connecting metal piece () and the other end () of which is disposed outside the main body case; and a cushion () biasing the one end () to the electrode (). The one end () and the electrode () are electrically connected by biasing force of the cushion (), which eliminates welding, enabling manufacturing at low cost.

Pressure sensor and manufacturing method of the same

An electric wire insertion hole () arranged in a housing (), an ventilation path of inside space () of which one end is opened to a pressure sensor internal space () and an intersection portion () communicating the both each other are provided. Since the electric wire insertion hole () and the intersection () intersect at right angles, water or dust entering into the electric wire insertion hole () does not enter a lot into the intersection (). Therefore, water or dust hardly enters into the pressure sensor internal space (). There is no need of a waterproof or a dustproof filter or the like to prevent water or dust, hence low cost manufacturing can be achieved.

Pressure sensor

A pressure sensor (,) having a first terminal (,), the first terminal (,) including a horizontal portion (,) and a vertical portion (,) at an intermediate portion thereof and being elastically deformable. When the first terminal (,) itself is thermally expanded, the first terminal (,) can follow by an elastic deformation of the horizontal portion (,) and the vertical portion (,). Accordingly, stress caused to the soldered portion by a thermal deformation and the like can be relaxed so that the pressure sensor (,) can be applied to a wider temperature range.
