A rolling bearingincludes an inner ringand an outer ringthat are raceway rings, and a plurality of ballsinterposed between the inner ring and the outer ring. The outer ringis fitted to a housing. The rolling bearingincludes a surface coating filmon an outer ring outer diametrical surfacethat is a fitting surface with the housing. The surface coating filmcontains: a binder containing two or more kinds of thermosetting resins having different average molecular weights; and a solid lubricant. The solid lubricant contains molybdenum disulfide, polytetrafluoroethylene resin, and graphite.

Rolling bearing

An insulated bearing device includes a housing, an outer ring and rolling elements, and an insulating film for providing electrical insulation between the housing and the outer ring is disposed on the surface of the outer ring. The insulating film includes a straight portion extending along the outer periphery of the outer ring and having a constant outer diameter in the axial direction. The housing has, on the inner periphery of its housing hole, an inner peripheral cylindrical surface formed at a position intersecting with the axial centerlines of the rolling elements, and the straight portion is fitted to, and in contact with, the inner peripheral cylindrical surface. The contact range (area of contact) between the inner peripheral cylindrical surface and the straight portion has an axial length shorter than the entire axial length of the straight portion.

Insulated bearing device

A bearing device includes an inner ring and an outer ring. At least one of the radially inner surface of the inner ring and the radially outer surface of the outer ring is covered with a coating layer. The coating layer is a coating layer composite composed of a plurality of layers. Of the plurality of layers, the surface layer is composed of an anti-creep film having lubricity, and at least one layer other than the surface layer is composed of an insulating film having insulating properties.

A sealed rolling bearing includes slingers and seal members disposed between an inner ring and an outer ring, and sealing a rolling element installation area. The radially inner and outer portions of each slinger are bent axially inwardly such that a labyrinth portion is defined between the radially outer bent portion of the slinger and the radially inner surface of the outer ring, the labyrinth portion having a path length, in the axial direction of the bearing, longer than the material thickness of the slinger.

Sealed rolling bearing

A ball bearing includes a cage made of a resin, pockets open to a side surface of the cage on a first axial side of the cage, and an outer bearing ring including a radially protruding engaging portion on a second axial side of a raceway surface. The cage includes an engagement portion disposed on a second axial side of the pockets so as to be engageable with the radially protruding engaging portion of the outer bearing ring in an axial direction. A relationship between an axial depth H of each of the pockets and a diameter d of a ball is 0.15d&#x2265;H&#x2265;0.65d.

Ball bearing

A bearing assembly includes a rolling bearing having a bearing ring fitted to a mating member, i.e., a shaft or a housing, with a clearance fit. Of the bearing ring and the mating member, the bearing ring has a flank face that separates a fitting surface of the bearing ring across the entire width thereof. The flank face defines a radial gap between the bearing ring and the housing. In a load receiving region where the radial gap remains, a portion of the bearing ring which is deformed in a wave-shaped pattern is kept out of contact with the fitting surface of the housing. The wave-shaped deformation of the bearing ring does not act as traveling waves that cause creep of the bearing ring.

Bearing assembly

A bearing seal () includes an elastically deformable waist portion (), a first lip () protruding axially inside direction, and a second lip () protruding axially outside. In a free situation without the fastening allowance C, a center of gravity F of a portion that includes the waist portion, the first lip, and the second lip is present in an axial inside with respect to a rotation center X of the portion, and an axial distance A from the rotation center X to the center of gravity F is included in a range of more than 0 and less than the fastening allowance C.

Bearing seal structure, pulley, and design method of bearing seal

A sintered gear and an electrical actuator with the sintered gear where the sintered gear has spur teeth formed on a circumference of the gear. A central hole is on the center of the gear. A boss is formed around the central hole. A peripheral portion is formed radially inward of the teeth. A thickness of a region between the boss and the peripheral portion is thinner than that of the boss. The peripheral portion is formed on at least one side of the gear. The peripheral portion has an axially larger thickness than the region between the boss and peripheral portion.

A ball screw () has a bridge member () formed with a linking groove () on its inner surface that makes the rolling track a circulating track. The bridge member () is fit into a bridge window () formed on a barrel of a nut (). The bridge window () has a pair of opposite linear parts or walls (). These linear parts or walls have openings, formed by the helical screw groove, leading to the linking groove of the bridge member. The linear parts or walls are arranged so that they cross the lead angle (&#x3b8;) of the nut screw groove at a right angle.
