A power supply control apparatus controls power supply from a DC power source to a load by switching on or off a power supply FET. The current adjustment circuit adjusts the current flowing through the resistor circuit to a value obtained by dividing the voltage between the drain and the source of the power supply FET by the resistance value of the resistor circuit. A drive circuit switches off the power supply FET when a voltage across the detection resistor exceeds a predetermined voltage. The on-resistance value of the power supply FET fluctuates according on the ambient temperature of the power supply FET. The resistance value of the resistor circuit fluctuates in the same direction as the on-resistance value according to the ambient temperature of the power supply FET.

Power supply control apparatus

A drain and a source of an N-channel type FET included in a power feeding control apparatus are provided on an electric current path along which an electric current flows from a DC power supply to a load, the drain being a part of the FET into which the electric current is input and the source being a part of the FET from which the electric current is output. A driving circuit switches the FET off when a first determination circuit determines that a control voltage between a gate and the source of the FET is greater than or equal to a first threshold value, and a second determination circuit determines that a drain-source voltage between the drain and the source of the FET is greater than or equal to a second threshold value.

Power feeding control apparatus

Provided is a power distribution apparatus that can be shared by vehicles having different configurations related to power supply. The power distribution apparatus distributes power supplied from a battery mounted in a vehicle to a plurality of loads mounted in the vehicle and connected to a power line connected to the battery and a plurality of power lines connected to the plurality of loads, the apparatus including: a first power supply path that is to be electrically connected to the power line connected to the battery and a power line connected to a first system load mounted in the vehicle; and a second power supply path that is not to be connected to the power line connected to the battery, and is to be electrically connected to a power line connected to a second system load mounted in the vehicle.

Power distribution apparatus

Provided is a battery monitoring device for a vehicle-mounted battery that can more accurately detect voltage in each location in the battery module and can protect a circuit if overcurrent and overvoltage occur. In the battery monitoring device for the vehicle-mounted battery, a power source line is electrically connected to a high voltage electrode portion, and is a path through which current flows from a high voltage electrode portion side without passing through a first fuse (first current interruption unit) of the high voltage signal line. The second Zener diode has a cathode that is electrically connected to the power source line and an anode that is electrically connected to another one of the plurality of high voltage signal lines than the high voltage signal line.
