A detecting device includes a first coil, a third coil, a second coil, and a fourth coil. The first coil generates a first magnetic field on a to-be-measured object. The third coil generates a third magnetic field under the to-be measured object. The second coil generates a second magnetic field. After the fourth coil receives the second magnetic field, a voltage is induced. The induced voltage is amplified by an amplify circuit to drive the third coil. The directions of the currents generated by the first coil and the third coil, respectively, are the same.

Detecting device and method thereof

A full-range image detecting system including a planar light source, an image capturing device, a light sensing device, a processing unit and a measuring module is provided. The planar light source projects a photo image with periodical variations onto an object. The image capturing device captures a reflective photo image reflected from the object. The light sensing device detects the coordinates of at least three measuring points on the object for fitting a plane. The processing unit calculates a phase variation of the reflective photo image after phase shift, a relative altitude of the surface profile of the object according to the phase variation, and an absolute altitude of the surface profile of the object with respect to the plane to obtain an information of absolute coordinate. The measuring module detects the surface of the object according to the information of absolute coordinate of the object.

Workflow monitoring and analysis system and method thereof

A safety monitoring system for human-machine symbiosis is provided, including a spatial image capturing unit, an image recognition unit, a human-robot-interaction safety monitoring unit, and a process monitoring unit. The spatial image capturing unit, disposed in a working area, acquires at least two skeleton images. The image recognition unit generates at least two spatial gesture images corresponding to the at least two skeleton images, based on information of changes in position of the at least two skeleton images with respect to time. The human-robot-interaction safety monitoring unit generates a gesture distribution based on the at least two spatial gesture images and a safety distance. The process monitoring unit determines whether the gesture distribution meets a safety criterion.

Safety monitoring system for human-machine symbiosis and method using the same

A three-dimensional (3D) interactive device and an operation method thereof are provided. The 3D interactive device includes a projection unit, an image capturing unit, and an image processing unit. The projection unit projects an interactive pattern to a surface of a body, so that a user performs an interactive trigger operation on the interactive pattern by a gesture. The image capturing unit captures a depth image within an image capturing range. The image processing unit receives the depth image and determines whether the depth image includes a hand region of the user. If yes, the image processing unit performs hand geometric recognition on the hand region to obtain gesture interactive semantics. According to the gesture interactive semantics, the image processing unit controls the projection unit and the image capturing unit. Accordingly, the disclosure provides a portable, contact-free 3D interactive device.

Three-dimensional interactive device and operation method thereof

An optical device is provided. The optical device comprises a substrate having a coating region and a non-coating region. A first film is on the coating region, wherein the first film has a band edge structure extending to a portion of the non-coating region with an angle between a surface of the band edge structure and a surface of the first film to diminish the attenuation of an incident light beam.

An embodiment of the invention provides an apparatus for measuring a conductive pattern on a substrate, which includes a first electro-optical modulator surrounding at least one first detecting roller; transmission rollers for transferring the substrate and allowing direct contact of the substrate and the first electro-optical modulator; a voltage supplier for providing a bias between the first electro-optical modulator and the substrate; and a first image detecting system for receiving a first detecting light reflected from a first surface of the substrate.

Apparatus for measuring conductive pattern on substrate

A method and system for three-dimensional polarization-based confocal microscopy are provided in the present disclosure for analyzing the surface profile of an object. In the present disclosure, a linear-polarizing structured light formed by an optical grating is projected on the object underlying profile measurement. By means of a set of polarizers and steps of shifting the structured light, a series of images with respect to the different image-acquired location associated with the object are obtained using confocal principle. Following this, a plurality of focus indexes respectively corresponding to a plurality of inspected pixels of each image are obtained for forming a focus curve with respect to the measuring depth and obtaining a peak value associated with each depth response curve. Finally, a depth location with respect to the peak value for each depth response curve is obtained for reconstructing the surface profile of the object.

Method and system for three-dimensional polarization-based confocal microscopy

A multi-angle and multi-channel detecting device for detecting one or more than one samples is provided. The device has a light collector and a multi-channel kernel module. The light collector has a plurality of fiber probes arranged perpendicular to and/or inclined to the sample(s) so as to collect light signals. The kernel module is coupled to the light collector for detecting the sample(s).

Multi-angle and multi-channel inspecting device

A high-density channels detecting device for detecting a sample is provided. The high density detecting-device has a light source for emitting a light beam, a collimator, a beam splitter, and a high-density channels imaging device. The collimator arranged on the beam path is used for collimating the emitted light beam. The beam splitter reflects the light beam incident from the collimator to the sample, and the light beam reflected by the sample passes through the beam splitter. The imaging device receives the light beam passing through the beam splitter, and has a light collector and a multi-channel kernel module for receiving the light beam from the light collector. By using the light collector, the light beam incident to the kernel module is parallel to the optical axis of the kernel module.

High-density channels detecting device

A multi-channel imaging spectrometer, comprising an image acquiring unit, an optical detection element, a dispersion element and a lens module comprising a collimating lens module and a focusing lens module. The design of the lens module achieves elimination of primary aberrations such as coma and distortion through separating the collimating lens module and the focusing lens module, having identical structures with the collimating lens module, by a distance that is defined between a rear principle point of the collimating lens module and a front principle point of the focusing lens module and is twice of a front focal length of the focusing lens module. In addition, the lens module is also designed to exhibit linear dispersion for applied spectrum such that focus for each wavelength of the spectrum is linearly distributed on the imaging plane of the spectrometer so as to reduce the dispersion aberration.

Multi-channel imaging spectrometer

A beam shaping apparatus including an optical lens is provided. The optical lens includes a diverging surface and a cylindrical surface. The diverging surface expands the input laser beam into a uniform line in one plane. The cylindrical surface converges the laser beam in another plane. Therefore, the output laser line has the desired width and the uniform density along its length.

Beam shaping apparatus

A microscopic imaging apparatus with flat-top distribution of light is disclosed, which includes an incident light source, a diffractive optical element, a beam-splitter, a tunable filter and an image sensor. The diffractive optical element receives an incident light provided by the incident light source and generates a uniform incident light. The uniform incident light illuminates a sample so that an optical signal is emitted from the sample. The optical signal passes through the beam-splitter and the filter unit to reach the image sensor for obtaining the detected image of the sample.

Microscopic imaging apparatus with flat-top distribution of light

This invention relates to a real-time infrared chemical imaging spectroscopic apparatus, including a light source for generating infrared radiation. A test sample absorbs a narrow-bandwidth infrared radiation as a result of a monochromator dispersing the infrared radiation and emits thermal radiation. IR camera collects the thermal radiation to form an image. As such, the present invention inspects the test sample in real time without a huge amount of complicated computation. Thus, the efficiency of inspection is increased and the optical design of the apparatus is more compact.

Real-time infrared chemical imaging spectroscopic apparatus

An approaching apparatus based on spectral shift is disclosed, which includes a broadband light source, an optical-guide unit, and an optical receiving unit. The broadband light source emits a broadband light with the first central wavelength to the optical-guide unit and illuminates a sample via a probe within the optical-guide unit. A generated broadband light of the second central wavelength goes back the optical-guide unit via the original optical path to reach the optical receiving unit. Then, the receiving unit calculates the distance between the probe and the sample based on the characteristic curve of the approaching distance vs. the deviation of the first central wavelength. The deviation is used for feedback control so that the displacement driver moves the probe to adjust the distance between the probe and the sample.
