A predetermined speed control pattern B is sct. In a mold clamping process, in a mold closing section Zm, mold closing control is performed at a mold closing speed Vm, and based on a current mold closing speed Vd and a current mold closing position Xd, which are both detected, a deceleration starting position Xmc of the deceleration section Zmd, where the current mold closing speed Vd becomes a zero (O) at a virtual stop position Xc, is sequentially forecasted at each predetermined time interval by calculation. Upon reaching the deceleration starting position Xmc the deceleration section Zmd is started, and in the deceleration section Zmd, based on the detected current mold closing position Xd, a speed command value Dm corresponding to the speed control pattern B is obtained sequentially by calculation, and according to the speed command value Dm deceleration control is performed. Upon reaching a mold clamping-transition speed Vc, a predetermined mold clamping processing is performed via a low-pressure low-speed section Zc.

Method for controlling mold clamping device

A predetermined speed control pattern A is set. In controlling mold opening, in the mold opening section Zm, mold opening control is performed at the mold opening speed Vm, and based on a current mold opening speed Vd and a current mold opening position Xd, which are both detected, a deceleration starting position Xmc of the deceleration section Zmd where a current mold opening speed Vd becomes a zero (O) at a virtual stop position Xso is sequentially forecasted at each predetermined time interval by calculation. Upon reaching the deceleration starting position Xmc the deceleration section Zmd is started, and in the deceleration section Zmd, based on the detected current mold opening position Xd, a speed command value Dm corresponding to the speed control pattern A is obtained sequentially by calculation, and according to the speed command value Dm deceleration control is performed. Upon reaching a last-transition speed Vc, a predetermined stop controlling processing is performed.

A measurement method including a main measurement process Sa in which measurement is performed by rotating a screw in the forward direction with a back-flow prevention valve installed on its tip and a post-measurement process Sb which is performed by rotating the screw in a reverse direction after the main measurement process Sa is finished, the post-measurement process Sb being performed after completing the main measurement process Sa, in which the screw is moved forward in a free rotational state, the rotational state of the screw during the forward movement being monitored, and if the rotation of screw comes to a halt, the screw is rotated in a reverse direction by a specified amount of rotation.

Measurement method for injection molding machines

Injection molding of a product and compressive decoration molding of a surface of the molded product are performed using individual cavity molds. A decorative film can be molded efficiently with a thermosetting coating material under suitable temperature control regardless of the shape of the molded product. An injection cavity mold and a decoration cavity mold are employed. The injection cavity mold is set at a hardening temperature of a thermoplastic resin. The decoration cavity mold is set at a thermosetting temperature of a coating material. A molded product is injection-molded in the cavity mold for injection molding and released from the mold. A decorative coating material composed of a liquid thermosetting composition is mounted at least on a part of the top of the injection-molded product. The molded product is located within the cavity mold for decoration molding. A thin decorative film is decoration-molded over the surface of the injection molded product by compression spreading the coating material within the cavity mold for decoration molding over the whole surface to be decorated. The coating material is composed of a liquid thermosetting composition that substantially contains no volatile component having a boiling point below the thermosetting temperature set on the cavity mold for decoration molding.

Method of injection molding and compressive decoration molding a molded product

A plastic magnet injection molding machine comprising a pair of exciting coils respectively embedded into a fixed plate and a movable plate along with respective seats and a metal mold including ferromagnetic central members and non-magnetic peripheral members is provided. With such an arrangement, the machine can anisotropically process magnet powder with enhanced efficiency by energizing the coils. Both the fixed plate 2 and the movable plate 4 of the machine are made of ferromagnetic metal. The exciting coils 7, 8 are respectively embedded into the plates at the oppositely disposed sides thereof along with the non-magnetic annular seats 9, 10 surrounding the respective exciting coils. The fixed mold 12 and the movable mold 13 of the metal mold 11 of the machine include respective central members 14, 15 made of ferromagnetic metal. The central members 14, 15 of the fixed and movable molds are respectively made to abut corresponding central portions 2a, 4a of the fixed plate 2 and the movable plate 4. The fixed 12 and the movable mold 13 of the metal mold 11 also include respective peripheral members 16, 17 secured respectively to the annular seats 9, 10 to anchor the metal mold 11 to the plates.

Plastic magnet injection molding machine

An injection molding machine equipped with an assembly for vibration processing which efficiently performs processing operations on the resin in the mold with vibration overcomes the restriction of vibration frequency due to the limited response of return springs and due to vibration transfer loss from the vibratory rods to the vibratory plate when operating at a high frequency. The injection molding machine performs both vibration and ejection without an ejector plate by making the vibratory plate serve a dual purpose and thus enable reduction in both mold size and production cost.

An improved method of manufacturing a multilayer molding having a core and a surface layer by means of a double nozzle structure can eliminate a damaging phenomenon of producing a mixture of a resin material for forming the core remaining in and out of the aperture of the inner nozzle of the double nozzle structure and a resin material for forming the surface layer in the initial stages of molding operation by effectively driving back the remaining resin into the inner nozzle. A double nozzle structure that can suitably be used with such a method includes a shut-off pin arranged in the inner nozzle disposed at the center of the outer nozzle. The resin material for forming the core is driven out simultaneously with the resin material for forming the surface layer coming from the outer nozzle. The operation of resin injection from the inner nozzle is terminated at an arbitrarily selected moment during the operation of injecting the resin material for the surface layer of the outer nozzle. Then, the inside of the inner nozzle is brought into a no-load condition while the shut-off pin is held to its open position. Thereafter, the remaining resin material for the core found in and out of the aperture of the inner nozzle is driven back into the inner nozzle by the pressure of the resin injected from the outer nozzle. Finally, the inner nozzle is closed by the shut-off pin and the injecting operation of the outer nozzle is terminated.

Method of manufacturing a multilayer molding

A crushing machine is disclosed which comprises a casing, a coarsely crushing blade which crushes scrap into coarsely crushed pieces, and a finely crushing blade which crushes the coarsely crushed pieces into finely crushed pieces. The coarsely crushing blade and the finely crushing blade are rotatably disposed in the casing, and jetting holes are formed in the coarsely crushing blade to jet compressed air radially outward from the coarsely crushing blade. Also, the jetting holes are connected to a compressed air passageway which is formed in the rotary shaft of the coarsely crushing blade. In addition, a stationary jetting hole is formed in the wall of the casing to jet compressed air towards a gap between the coarsely crushing blade and the finely crushing blade.

Crushing machine apparatus and a method for cleaning the crushing

Apparatus for automatically exchanging a stamper unit with another one for an injection molding machine which is operated for injection-molding a disc or the like includes a case conveyance section and a stamper unit infeed/outfeed section wherein the case conveyance section includes a slide table adapted to move in the longitudinal direction with the aid of a driving unit mounted on a housing, a pair of inside and outside conveyance platforms each adapted to be raised and lowered and a vertically postioned preheating member arranged sidward of the inside conveyance platform. The stamper unit infeed/outfeed section includes an infeed/outfeed path arranged at the fore end part of a driving unit mounted on a platform at the upper part of a frame upwardly extending from a housing and an infeed/outfeed unit arranged behind a suspension unit for provisionally suspending a unit case, the suspension unit being located at the rear part of the infeed/outfeed path. The apparatus is operated to alternately raise and lower the inside and outside conveyance platforms in the conveyance section, temporarily holding each unit case in the infeed/outfeed section and displacing the infeed/outfeed unit in the forward/rearward direction so as to allow a used stamper unit to be exchanged with a new preheated stamper unit.

Apparatus for automatically exchanging a stamper unit with another one

A method for automatically exchanging a stamper unit with another one for an injection molding machine which is operated for injection-molding a disc or the like. The automatic exchanging apparatus substantially includes a case conveyance section and a stamper unit infeed/outfeed section wherein the case conveyance section includes a slide table adapted to move in the longitudinal direction with the aid of a driving unit mounted on a housing, a pair of inside and outside conveyance platforms each adapted to be raised and lowered and a preheating member arranged sidward of the inside conveyance platform with the vertical attitude, while the stamper unit infeed/outfeed section includes an infeed/outfeed path arranged at the fore end part of a driving unit mounted on a platform at the upper part of a frame upwardly extending from a housing and an infeed/outfeed unit arranged behind a suspension unit for provisionally suspending a unit case, the suspension unit being located at the rear part of the infeed/outfeed path. The automatic exchanging method is practiced by way of steps of alternately raising up and lowering the inside and outside conveyance platforms in the conveyance section, temporarily holding each unit case in the infeed/outfeed section and displacing the infeed/outfeed unit in the forward/rearward direction so as to allow a used stamper unit to be exchanged with a new preheated stamper unit.
