A support structure for rotating shafts of a vehicle, including: a drive shaft operatively connected to a power transmitting shaft to which a drive force of an engine is transmitted; and a rotor shaft of an electric motor spline-coupled to the drive shaft, each of the rotor shaft of the electric motor and the drive shaft is being supported by at least one bearing, in the support structure, one of the rotor shaft and the drive shaft is constituted by a first rotary shaft and a second rotary shaft which are operatively connected to each other, and an elastic member is interposed between the first rotary shaft and the second rotary shaft such that the first and second rotary shafts are operatively spline-connected to each other through the elastic member.

Support structure for rotating shafts of vehicle

A power transmission structure of a vehicle, which is provided with a first rotor, a second rotor, and a metallic cylinder. In this power transmission structure, the reduction shaft and the second rotor shaft receive reaction force from the cylindrical metallic member in radially opposite directions. The cylindrical metallic member is deformable elastically in a radial direction and press-fitted in a part where the reduction shaft and the second rotor shaft of a second electric motor overlap each other in the radial direction adjacent to a spline fitting part of the reduction shaft and the second rotor shaft. Therefore, misalignment between the axis of the reduction shaft and the axis of the second rotor shaft is restrained, and generation of tooth hitting sound is thus restrained. Since the cylindrical metallic member has high rigidity and is restrained from being deformed in a rotation direction, responsiveness of torque transmission is improved.

Power transmission structure of vehicle

A power transmission apparatus includes a first/second/third rotary shaft, and a positioning member. The first rotary shaft is connected to an output shaft of a drive source. The second rotary shaft is spline-fitted to a rotary shaft of an electric motor. The third rotary shaft is connected to the first rotary shaft and the second rotary shaft. The positioning member is configured to apply an elastic force in a rotational direction to the rotary shaft and the second rotary shaft in a portion where the rotary shaft and the second rotary shaft overlap each other; set each of a position in the rotational direction of a spline of the rotary shaft of the electric motor and a spline of the second rotary shaft to a specified position, and applies the elastic force in the rotational direction to the rotary shaft and the second rotary shaft.

Power transmission apparatus for vehicle

A hybrid system includes: an engine; a motor/generator; an automatic clutch; a differential device including first, second, and third rotational elements; a first transmission mechanism; a second transmission mechanism; and a control device, the automatic clutch being provided between the engine and the first transmission mechanism, an input of the first transmission mechanism being connected to the automatic clutch and the second rotational element, the motor/generator being connected to the first rotational element, the third rotational element of the differential device being connected to the second transmission mechanism, the first and the second transmission mechanisms include the same output shaft connected to the wheels. In an electric vehicle driving mode, the control device performs control on the automatic clutch and the first and second transmission mechanisms to drive torque from the first transmission mechanism to the engine to start the engine.

Hybrid system control device

In a controller of a hybrid system including an engine, a motor/generator, an automatic clutch to which engine torque is input, a gear group configured to transmit input torque to a driving wheel side, and a differential device provided with plural rotary elements to which a torque input side of the gear group, a rotating shaft of the motor/generator, and an output side of the automatic clutch are individually connected respectively, wherein at the time a vehicle is started by causing the motor/generator to be in charge of a reaction force of the engine torque and transmitting the engine torque to the driving wheels via the differential device and the gear group, the automatic clutch is slip controlled in a semi-engaged state.

Controller of hybrid system

A parking lock device that is installed in a transmission of a vehicle includes a gear, a lock, a receiver, a cam, and a damper. The lock has a pawl that can be engaged in a tooth space between the teeth of the gear. The lock moves between an engagement position at which the pawl is engaged in the tooth space to lock the gear and a retreat position at which the pawl is not engaged in the tooth space. The receiver is arranged to be fixed to a case of the transmission. The cam moves forward and backward with respect to a gap between the receiver and the lock. The cam holds the lock at the engagement position when having entered the gap. The damper is provided in a vibration transmission path to dampen vibrations transmitted to the case of the transmission.

Parking lock device

A vehicle driving device includes: a rotating electrical machine; a first shaft and a second shaft respectively connected to a drive shaft; and a differential mechanism including a rotation component connected to the rotating electrical machine, a rotation component connected to the first shaft, and a rotation component connected to the second shaft. The vehicle driving device includes a predetermined mode in which a transmission of a power through the second shaft is disconnected, a differential operation of the differential mechanism is regulated, and the rotating electrical machine and the drive shaft are connected to each other through the first shaft. Each of the first shaft and the second shaft may include a transmission mechanism.

A first shaft and a second shaft configured to connect the engine to the driving shaft and connectable/disconnectable to/from the engine, and a differential mechanism configured to connect the first shaft, the second shaft, and a rotating electrical machine to one another are provided, wherein, at the time of upshift to a gear shift stage of the second shaft from a state in which the engine is connected to the driving shaft through a gear shift stage of the first shaft, power transmission to the driving shaft through the second shaft is blocked, the second shaft is connected to the engine, power of the engine is transmitted to the second shaft by output control of the rotating electrical machine, the first shaft is disconnected from the engine, and the engine is connected to the driving shaft through the gear shift stage of the second shaft.

Driving device for vehicle

A parking device includes a drive cam disposed around an MG shaft that transmits a drive force of a second motor generator by being coupled with a parking gear, a driven cam disposed around an MG shaft so as to be able to rotate integrally with the MG shaft and capable of moving in the axial direction of the MG shaft by a relative rotation generated between the driven cam and the drive cam when the parking gear is locked by a pilot clutch, and a dog type brake that engages the parking gear with the MG shaft and a transaxle case accommodating the parking device by the movement of the driven cam. With the configuration, a shock load at the time of operation can be suppressed and the parking device can be reduced in size.

A lubricating oil supply device of a power transmission device includes: a storage portion configured to store lubricating oil; a first rotary member configured to be connected to a wheel of a vehicle and rotated in conjunction with a rotation of the wheel to send the lubricating oil of the storage portion; a second rotary member configured to be disposed above the first rotary member in a vertical direction and connected to the wheel; an oil receiving portion configured to be disposed above the first rotary member and the second rotary member in the vertical direction; a first passage configured to guide the lubricating oil, which is sent by the rotation of the first rotary member, to the oil receiving portion; and a second passage configured to guide the lubricating oil, which is sent by the rotation of the first rotary member, to the second rotary member.

Lubricating oil supply device of power transmission device

A lubricant oil supplying apparatus (-) provided for a power transmission apparatus () having an accumulating part (), a rotating member () rotating interlockingly with rotation of a drive wheel to feed a lubricant oil in the accumulating part, and an oil receiving part () disposed above in the vertical direction than the rotating member, and supplying the lubricant oil to the oil receiving part, in which a passage member () for guiding the lubricant oil fed by the rotating member to the oil receiving part is provided. The passage member has: a first component part () provided so as to be opposed to the rotating member along a circumferential direction and forming, between the rotating member and itself, a first passage () to which the lubricating oil flows; and a second component part () forming a second passage () for guiding the lubricant oil in the first passage to the oil receiving part, and the second passage is connected to the first passage on the upstream side in the flow direction of an outflow port (). The lubricant oil supplying apparatus further includes a suppression structure () of suppressing flow of the lubricant oil in the first passage from a connection part () to the second passage toward the outflow port.
