A thermoelectric generator includes: a heat-receiving plate configured to receive heat; a cooling plate configured to be kept at a lower temperature than a temperature of the heat-receiving plate; and a thermoelectric generation module interposed between the heat-receiving plate and the cooling plate, in which the thermoelectric generation module includes: an opposed surface that is opposed to the cooling plate; a plurality of thermoelectric elements; a terminal configured to electrically conduct to the thermoelectric elements; and a lead member bonded to the terminal, in which the lead member penetrates the opposed surface and extends to the cooling plate.

Thermoelectric generator

Apparatus having a pair of presser cheeks for insertion in a drill hole, with a slider wedge slidably engaged therebetween. The forced descent of the slider wedge by a hydraulic cylinder assembly results in the lateral motion of the presser cheeks away from each other. The presser cheeks are supported from the cylinder body of the cylinder assembly, each via two pairs of parallel spaced leaf springs disposed on opposite sides of the slider wedge and normally closely held against the other two pairs of leaf springs supporting the other presser cheek. While the bottom ends of the leaf spring pairs are rigidly coupled to the presser cheeks, their upper ends are connected to the cylinder body via elastic members yieldable to permit upward displacement of the leaf springs with the presser cheeks, as upon withdrawal of the slider wedge, without buckling. Further two pairs of stop rods depend from the cylinder body so as to normally terminate short of the respective presser cheeks. As the elastic members yield to allow upward displacement of the leaf springs, the presser cheeks come into abutment against the respective pairs of stop rods to prevent the buckling and consequent destruction of the leaf springs.

Hydraulic rock splitter

Dust-proof membranes are provided across both ends of opposite respective divided surfaces defined by halves of wedge guide members. Each membrane has projections formed as an integral unit along the longitudinal side edges thereof. The projections are thrust into longitudinally extending C-shape cross-section grooves formed along the divided surfaces of the wedge guide members. The groove side surfaces are perpendicular to the bottom surface thereof.

Apparatus for mechanically breaking up rock

An earth and sand conveyor system comprising a hopper adapted to receive dumped earth and sand, a trough connected to the hopper, a screw conveyor rotatably mounted within the hopper and the trough, a consolidating pipe connected to the trough, a molding pipe connected to the consolidating pipe, a conveyor pipe connected to the molding pipe, a first nozzle formed in the wall of the molding pipe, a second nozzle formed in the wall of the conveyor pipe, an air compressor connected to the first and second nozzles, and a directional control valve disposed between the air compressor and the first and second nozzles for alternately supplying the compressed air to the first and second nozzles.

Earth and sand conveyor system

Apparatus for pneumatically transporting powdery or granular materials from a material supply unit through a transport pipeline to a material receiver unit. A spherical secondary transport medium with an outside diameter slightly less than the inside diameter of the transport pipe is supplied one by one by a secondary transport medium supply device into the transport pipe so as to be located just behind the powdery or granular materials. Thus, the materials can be intermittently transported together with the spherical secondary transport medium through the transport pipeline at a relatively low speed.
