A slip ring assembly comprising a fixed base unit and a rotor unit. The fixed base unit has a fixed base, a plurality of electrode plates detachably attached to a plurality of slits formed on the fixed base, and a brush fixed on each of the electrode plates. The rotor unit has a rotor shaft, a plurality of conductive rings and insulation spacers alternately placed on top of each other on the outer periphery of the rotor shaft in a detachable state so that each of the conductive rinds is positioned to correspond to each brush.

Slip ring assembly and the manufacturing method thereof

A device which makes it possible to remove a needle from a syringe very easily and safely. The device comprises a supporter, a syringe barrel receiver attached to the supporter slidably in the axial direction of the syringe, a rotatable member or members having a needle remover for removing the needle from the syringe, the rotatable member or members being attached to the supporter rotatably in the direction of removing the needle from the syringe, the rotatable member or members further having a spring for keeping the rotatable member or members in contact with a portion of the syringe barrel receiver and for returning the rotatable member or members and the syringe barrel receiver respectively to their original positions.

Device for removing a needle from a syringe

An equipment for detecting the movement of a preceding vehicle and giving warning. When one's own vehicle (hereinafter referred to as 'the vehicle') is at a stop, the equipment detects the forward or backward movement of said preceding vehicle and gives warning to the driver of the vehicle. The equipment comprises a distance measuring sensor for measuring the distance between the vehicle and said preceding vehicle when the vehicle is at a stop, a memory device for memorizing a value measured by said distance measuring sensor, a measurement command device for making said distance measuring sensor repeatedly measure the distance between the vehicle and said preceding vehicle, a comparison device for comparing said memorized value measured by said distance measuring sensor with values subsequently measured by said distance measuring sensor, and a warning device for giving warning when any of said values subsequently measured is different from said memorized value.

A switch assembly comprising an actuator plunger for actuating a built-in switch, a rotary shaft for rotating in response to an external operating force, and a cam coupled to the rotary shaft and adapted to contact the actuator plunger, the actuator plunger being adapted to be moved upwardly or downwardly in response to a rotation of the rotary shaft through the cam so as to switch the built-in switch, and the cam having a hole to provide a predetermined free angular play between the rotary shaft and the cam as assembled.

A variable speed control switch for an electric tool including a DC motor having an armature circuit, includes: a device for turning off and on the armature circuit; an upper heat dissipation cover for covering the top of the turning off and on device; a lower heat dissipation cover for covering the bottom of the turning off and on device; a printed circuit board located at the lower surface of the lower cover for controlling motor speed; a resistor element is provided on the lower surface of the board; a movable contact assembly, including a first contact member for short circuiting the motor terminals, a second contact member for turning ON the power source, a third contact member for short circuiting the turning off and on device, and a brush for providing variable resistance by sliding over the resistor element; a device for biasing the movable contact assembly to the position of short-circuiting the motor terminals; a box like casing which receives the above-mentioned components, the power source terminals, the motor terminal, and provides a depending support portion; an operation lever, drivingly engaged to the movable contact assembly at its upper portion, provides the depending support portion of the casing at its lower pivoted portion, and being adapted to operatively rock about that pivoted portion. By this simple construction the number of parts of the control switch is minimized and the construction is compact, light and cheap.

An improved electrical snap switch which includes a housing having a base, a common terminal fixedly provided on the base, a movable piece having a movable contact secured to its one end and an inner plate formed in it to extend from its other end towards the movable contact, with the inner plate being supported, at its forward end, by the common terminal, a plate-like movable spring engaged, at its one end, with the movable piece in the vicinity of the movable contact and at its other end, with a support portion provided adjacent to a base portion of the inner plate, and an operating member engaged with the other end portion of the movable piece.

Electrical snap switch

A limit switch assembly which comprises a head having an actuator, a switch having a push button protruding outwards from a first area thereof and movable between projected and depressed positions, and also having at least two terminal members protruding outwards from a second area thereof for the electrical connection with external wiring elements, a rubber hood configured to substantially tightly receive the switch therein except for the second area of the switch, and having a circumferential flange formed integrally therewith so as to extend outwards therefrom in a plane generally parallel to the first area of the switch, and a switch box having an opening defined therein at a location confronting the head, and accommodating therein the switch together with the rubber hood. The circumferential flange is, when the switch is so accommodated in the switch box, positioned exteriorly of the switch box and surrounding the opening in the switch box. The head and the switch box are connected together by means of fastening members with the actuator aligned with the push button and, at that time, the circumferential flange area, tightly clamped therebetween.

A switch assembly comprises a push-button switch and a switch operating mechanism including an actuator and a plunger for transmitting the movement of the actuator to the push button to operate the push-button switch. While one end of the plunger is operatively associated with the actuator, the other end of the plunger is rotatably and removably, but axially non-movably, coupled to the free end of the push button. For this purpose, the other end of the plunger is formed with a radially outwardly extending anchor flange while the free end of the push button is formed with a generally U-shaped anchor recess for receiving the anchor flange therein.

A mechanical switch comprises a pusher rod, a movable member movable from one position to another position in response to the depression of the pusher rod, a movable contact carrier normally held in position to connect a pair of contact elements on respective terminal members to each other therethrough so long as the pusher rod has not yet been depressed, and a return biasing spring for urging the movable member to the one position. The contact carrier is, as the movable member approaches the another position in response to the movement of the pusher rod, snapped to move from the position in which the contact elements are connected to each other to a different position to disconnect or open the circuit between the terminal members. The pusher rod has an abutment defined therein to forcibly separate the contact elements from the contact carrier in the event that the contact elements have been fused to the contact carrier.

Mechanical snap switch having a mechanism for separating fused contacts

A limit switch comprises a snap action switch component and an actuator, said actuator being constructed so as to selectively actuate the snap action switch component with respect to the rotating direction of a rotating shaft of the actuator. A rotational motion of the rotating shaft is transmitted to the snap action switch component through a pair of levers and a driving plunger member. The pair of levers are pivotally secured under the rotating shaft and the driving plunger member is rotatably and reciprocatingly secured under said pair of levers. Free ends of the levers are selectively engageable with the top surface of the driving plunger member, an upper portion of which is partially cut out. By setting the driving plunger member in a predetermined rotating angular position, one of said free lever ends is disengaged from said driving plunger member.
