An accessory making device () of the present invention is a device for making an accessory including a core () formed into a substantially ring shape by connecting both ends of a stretchable cord-like body () having rubber-like elasticity and a decoration main body () disposed around the core in such a manner so as to abut both ends thereof against each other in a contracted state so as to be reduced in axial length.
