A silicone rubber composite material includes silicone rubber, first carbon nanotubes having an average diameter of not more than 30 nm, and second carbon nanotubes having an average diameter of more than 30 nm and not more than 1000 nm. Per 100 parts by weight of the silicone rubber, 2.5 to 10 parts by weight of the first carbon nanotubes and 5 to 15 parts by weight of the second carbon nanotubes are included.

Silicone rubber composite material and vibration isolating member

A sealing member is supported by a holding surface of a vane rotor and slides on a sealing surface formed by an inner surface of a housing rotor, so as to seal an advancing chamber and a retarding chamber from each other. The sealing member has a pressure-receiving surface and a diffuser surface. The pressure-receiving surface receives pressure of working fluid from a working chamber in a direction to the sealing surface. The diffuser surface forms a sealing gap between the diffuser surface and the sealing surface, so that the sealing surface becomes larger as the sealing surface is more separated from the working chamber in a circumferential direction. The sealing member has a deformable portion forming the pressure-receiving surface and the diffuser surface. The deformable portion is elastically deformed, so that the diffuser surface is more strongly pushed to the sealing surface, when the pressure of the working fluid is increased.

Valve timing control device

A power transmission device for transmitting torque of a driving unit to a driven unit includes a first rotator, a second rotator, and a torque transmission member. The first rotator is to be driven for rotation by the driving unit. The second rotator is coupled to the driven unit. The torque transmission member is made of an elastically deformable material for making contact with the first rotator and the second rotator to transmit torque from the first rotator to the second rotator. An outer periphery of the torque transmission member includes a contact surface for making contact with the rotators and a non-contact surface out of contact with the rotators. The non-contact surface is provided with an oxygen permeance suppression layer made of a material having an oxygen permeability that is less than that of the contact surface.

Power transmission device and torque transmission member

A scroll type compressor using a crank mechanism having enough freedom so that an amount of eccentricity of the movable scroll member becomes variable. An elastic body is inserted between the facing surfaces striking each other in the inside of the crank mechanism so as to prevent generation of a noise due to the collision of the parts when starting up or shutting down the compressor.

An electromagnetic clutch which can completely meet an excessive starting torque upon starting. It is assumed that the width of each first gap in the rotating direction is the deformation and displacement of each elastic member which is smaller than the deformation and displacement of the elastic member based on a peak torque T1 just after the electromagnetic clutch is activated, and is generated based on a torque T slightly larger than a maximum torque T2 after the lapse of a predetermined time. Thus, when a torque (for example, T1) larger than the torque T is exerted on the elastic member, the outer peripheral surface of a second fitting portion abuts against the inner peripheral surface of a flange portion. As a result, the elastic member is not deformed by more than the above described deformation and displacement.
