The battery pack includes: a plurality of battery cells each formed by closing an opening of a bottomed cylindrical outer can with a sealing plate; a battery holder to hold the plurality of battery cells in a mutually parallel attitude and hold electrode terminals provided at both ends of each battery cell in an attitude disposing on a same plane; and an outer case to house a battery assembly formed by holding the plurality of battery cells in the battery holder. The battery holder includes: a holding part to hold the ends of the plurality of battery cells along outer peripheral surfaces of the outer cans; and a cover on an end surface side of the plurality of battery cells held by the holding part. When the battery cell is abnormal, the cover is deteriorated by energy of a jetting body jetted from an end surface of the battery cell.

Battery pack

Battery pack includes: a plurality of chargeable/dischargeable cylindrical cells; battery holder in which the plurality of cylindrical cells are disposed; and thermally conductive resin that closely adheres to cylindrical cells, which are stored in battery holder, in a thermally coupled state above battery holder. Battery holder includes: bottom plate including a plurality of holding grooves in which cylindrical cells are disposed; and partition walls that are disposed between holding grooves and between adjacent cylindrical cells. Partition walls are lower than the diameter of cylindrical cells disposed in holding grooves, thermally conductive resin is disposed between adjacent cylindrical cells above partition walls, and thermally conductive resin interconnects adjacent cylindrical cells.

This battery pack is assembled by welding an opening portion () of a waterproof bag () to provide an insertion opening () that is smaller than the total opening width (W) but allows a battery core pack () to be inserted, inserting the battery core pack () into the waterproof bag (), then, closing the opening portion () of the waterproof bag (), and placing the waterproof bag (), in which the battery core pack () has been placed, into an external case (). In this way, this battery pack can be assembled efficiently, with the battery core pack having been given a waterproof structure by the waterproof bag () while in an ideal state.

A battery pack detachably mounted in a device for supplying power to the device to operate the device includes at least one rechargeable secondary battery (), a battery case () housing the rechargeable secondary battery (), a mounting mechanism for mechanically mounting the battery case () in the device, an electrical connection connected electrically to the device for supplying power to the device, and a pack circuit board () securing the electrical connection. The battery case () is divided into a first casing and a second casing, the pack circuit board () is secured to the inside surface of the first casing, and the mounting mechanism is installed so the mounting mechanism is at least partially exposed on the surface of the first casing.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide simpler and more reliable electrical wiring than a lead wire. A battery pack includes at least one rechargeable secondary battery (), a battery holder () for housing the secondary battery () in a predetermined position, a pack circuit board () having a mounted electronic circuit for monitoring the secondary battery (), and an electrical connection wire () for electrically wiring the pack circuit board (). Here, the electrical connection wire () is a bent metal wire. Because wiring is realized using metal wire, and the metal connection is secured after the wiring has been completed, movement and deformation due to vibrations and other factors, such as that which occurs in the case of conventional lead wires, are avoided, and reliability can be improved. Because the present invention has the simple configuration of a bent metal wire, manufacturing can be simplified, manufacturing costs can be reduced, and components requiring insulation to improve reliability can be reduced, thereby lowering material costs.

A tape recorder of the invention comprises a fixed guide member disposed for a path of travel of a magnetic tape between a tension post and a full-width erasing head and having a tape guide face to be brought into sliding contact with the lower of a pair of side edges of the tape between the main surface thereof, with the lower side edge positioned closer to the chassis . The fixed guide member regulates the level of the tape widthwise thereof by receiving the lower side edge of the tape by the tape guide face while being held out of contact with the main surface of the tape . The recorder can be manufactured at a lower cost without impairing the accuracy of the path of travel of the tape.

A tape drawing-out mechanism for positioning a magnetic tape 91 as tensioned in a specified path of travel has a drive lever 6 having a cam follower 62 projecting therefrom, a tape drawing-out lever 5 having a tape drawing-out pin 51 for receiving the force of the drive lever 6 in a first step of a tape drawing-out movement, and an auxiliary lever 7 for receiving the force of the drive lever 6 in a second step of the tape drawing-out movement. The auxiliary lever 7 has a pin 71 projecting therefrom for pressing a face 54 provided on the tape drawing-out lever 5 to pivotally move the lever 5 to a tape drawing-out end position. The mechanism described precludes a great reaction from acting on the cam follower 62 and a cam groove 41 for giving a tape drawing-out drive force.

A chassis is provided with a pair of leading guide blocks slidably fitted in respective guide slots for withdrawing a tape from a cassette, loading links for slidingly moving the respective guide blocks, and catchers arranged on the chassis at a loading completed position for the respective guide blocks to come into pressing contact with. Each of the loading links comprises a pivotal lever rotatably fitting around a pivot on the chassis and a link plate connected by a pivot pin to a free end of the pivotal lever and rotatably engaged at a forward end thereof with the guide block. A front mechanism mounted on a chassis loads a cassette in place by causing a first projection and a second projection on each of opposite side portions of a cassette carrying tray to slide along respective guide grooves formed in each of side plates. Power is transmitted from a drive cam gear provided on the rear side of the chassis to the tray via a drive mechanism, intermediate gear and rotary gear. For loading, the tray initially starts to move as inclined with the first projection and the second projection sliding along slanting grooves and is thereafter lowered by sliding movement of the projection along a vertical groove and sliding movement of the projection along a descent groove while being corrected from the inclined position to a horizontal position. Upon completion of cassette loading, the intermediate gear and the rotary gear constitute a Geneva stop, and the drive cam gear disengages from the drive mechanism. A support guide supporting the drive mechanism is provided by being formed by outsert molding inside the chassis and thereafter being rotated to project from a side portion of the chassis.

Cassette loading device for use in magnetic recording-reproduction

A chassis is slidably provided with a circular-arc control slide bulging toward a rotary cylinder and having projections spaced apart from each other. Reel supports and a reel drive mechanism are arranged on the curving-in side of the slide. Disposed on the path of movement of the slide is a drive cam gear formed with cam grooves each extending from an outer peripheral opening toward its center. The slide is formed thereon with a toothed projection which meshes with the cam gear during a period after one of the projections is fitted in the corresponding cam groove and until the other projection is fitted in the corresponding cam groove. The slide is further formed with a cam groove having engaged therein a soft brake lever for giving a light load to the reel support in REV mode, a brake lever for lightly braking a capstan motor in SLOW mode, a tension regulator lever for lightly braking the reel support in FF/REW mode, and a withdrawing lever for withdrawing a magnetic tape from a cassette for loading to operate these levers.
