An endoscope includes a control method input section provided in a bending operation input unit and configured to input a control method of a bending operation, and a control method detector provided in an operation section body and configured to detect the input control method of the bending operation. The endoscope includes an activated portion provided in the bending operation input unit and configured to change its activated state in response to the bending operation in a bending operation input section, an activated state detector provided in the operation section body and configured to detect the activated state of the activated portion, and a drive member provided in the operation section body and configured to be driven in accordance with the detected control method and the detected activated state, thereby bending a bending section.

Endoscope

A bending mechanism includes a vertical driving portion with a central axis that extends along an X-axis direction, a horizontal driving portion with a central axis that extends along the X-axis direction and is adjacent to the vertical driving portion in a Y-axis direction, a vertical rotary portion that is coupled to the vertical driving portion and is rotated, and a horizontal rotary portion adjacent to the vertical rotary portion in the Y-axis direction that is coupled to the horizontal driving portion and is rotated. The binding mechanism further includes a holding portion holding a vertical operation wire extending from the vertical rotary portion to a rear surface on the side where the horizontal rotary portion is disposed, and holding a horizontal operation wire extending from the horizontal rotary portion to the rear surface on the side of the vertical rotary portion and further intersecting with a vertical operation wire.

Bending mechanism

An attachment and detachment mechanism includes convex and concave engaging portions provided in first and second couplings respectively and extending in a radial direction of first and second shaft portions, the convex engaging portion is to be slidably inserted into and removed from the concave engaging portion along a longitudinal direction of the concave engaging portion, the convex and concave engaging portions includes basic positions where the longitudinal directions of the convex and concave engaging portions correspond to the attachment and detachment direction of the first and second main body portions and the convex and concave engaging portions are insertable into and removable from each other, and the attachment and detachment mechanism further includes a guide mechanism to guide one engaging portion such that the one engaging portion is disposed at the basic position in conjunction with the attachment or detachment of the first and second main body portions.

Attachment and detachment mechanism

Lead screws and nut members screwed to the respective lead screws are provided on a wire operation section for operating wires for operating a bending section in a bending manner, and a driving force generating section, a drive coupling shaft rotationally driven in a spin direction by a driving force from the driving force generating section, and drive couplings are provided on a drive source unit separably coupled to the wire operation section. The lead screws are rotationally driven in a spin direction from the driving force generating section via the drive coupling shaft to move the nut members in the axial direction thereby performing pulling operation of the wires during coupling of the drive source unit and the wire operation section.

An ultrasonic treatment apparatus includes a sheath having an opening at a distal end thereof; an ultrasonic transducer provided at a distal portion of the sheath and generating ultrasonic vibration; an ultrasonic transmission member connected to the ultrasonic transducer at a proximal end thereof, transmitting the ultrasonic vibration, and provided with a treatment part at a distal end thereof; a gripper moving to the treatment part and grasping the part to be treated between the gripper and the treatment part; a link member connected to the gripper and provided on a side of the ultrasonic transmission member; a manipulator part connected to a proximal end part of the link member to open and close the gripper; and a rigid member which the ultrasonic transducer is inserted into and secured to.

Power driven bending endoscope with detachable insertion portion

A bend section is disposed on an insertion section. A rotary body, on which a proximal end portion of a wire for a bend operation, which has a distal end portion connected to the bend section, is rotatably supported in a large-diameter section. Driving force transmission portion, which converts linear movement of a working shaft that is operable in a linear direction to rotational movement of the rotary body, is provided in the large-diameter section. A driving source unit is detachably coupled to the large-diameter section on the proximal end side of the insertion section. The driving source unit is provided with operation section which linearly moves the working shaft, in accordance with an operation of a driving shaft that operates in a linear direction by a driving force from a driving motor.

An electric bending endoscope comprises a bending portion arranged to an inserting portion, a bending driving unit and a buffering member. The bending driving unit bends the bending portion, and includes a motor, a first unit and a second unit. The motor generates driving force for bending the bending portion. The first unit holds the motor. The second unit includes a driving force transmitting member. The buffering member connects the first unit to an outer member of the inserting portion, a connecting code and a switch. The buffering member absorbs external force generated during the operation of the electric bending endoscope.

Electric bending endoscope

An edge portion of an endoscope inserting portion includes an observation optical system, a first treatment-tool oscillating base which guides, in a first direction, a first treatment tool guided via a first channel for inserting the treatment tool, and a second treatment-tool oscillating base which guides, in a second direction, a second treatment tool guided via a second channel for inserting the treatment tool. Upon endoscope treatment for the lesion portion using the first and second treatment tools which are projected from the edge openings of two first and second channels for inserting the treatment tool and which are guided by the two first and second treatment-tool oscillating bases, one of the first and second treatment tools is moved to the outside of a field of view of an endoscope image as needed.

Endoscope apparatus

An endoscope includes a therapeutic instrument controlling base which is arranged to the distal portion of the inserting portion and controls such that a therapeutic instrument projected from the opening of a channel for inserting the therapeutic instrument at the distal portion of the inserting portion moves in the right and left directions of an observed image obtained by an observing unit, a controlling-base operating unit which is arranged to an operating section continuously arranged to the proximal side portion of the inserting portion and which can be operated in the right and left directions of an operator who grips the operating section, and a controlling-base operating mechanism which controls such that the therapeutic instrument controlling base moves in the right direction of the observed image according to the operation of the controlling-base operating unit in the right direction thereof by the operator who grips the operating section and controls such that the therapeutic instrument controlling base moves in the left direction of the observed image according to the operation of the controlling-base operating unit in the left direction.

An ultrasonic treatment apparatus comprises an endoscope having an insertion portion to be inserted in a body cavity, and a treatment unit having an ultrasonic vibrator which generates ultrasonic vibrations, and a treatment portion which performs treatment by utilizing the ultrasonic vibrations generated by the ultrasonic vibrator. The ultrasonic treatment apparatus further comprises a treatment unit holding portion, which is provided in a distal end portion of the insertion portion and to which the treatment unit is attached, a cable which transmits an electric signal to the ultrasonic vibrator, and at least one bundle member which bundles the insertion portion and the cable.

An ultrasonic transducer unit that generates ultrasonic vibration for treating living tissues has an ultrasonic transducer and a cover member that covers the ultrasonic transducer. A flexible sheath is coupled at one end to the cover member. A signal cable extends through the sheath and is connected at one end to the ultrasonic transducer. A transducer drive unit is connected to the other end of the signal cable. An operation unit is provided at the other end of the flexible sheath.

Ultrasonic treatment device and ultrasonic treatment system

An electric bending endoscope includes a bending portion arranged to an inserting portion and a bending driving unit which bends the bending portion. In the electric bending endoscope, the bending driving unit includes a motor which generates driving force for bending the bending portion, a first unit which holds the motor, a driving force transmitting member which transmits the driving force of the motor, and a second unit which bends the bending portion by the driving force of the motor. The electric bending endoscope further includes a first holding member which detachably supports, to the first unit, a rotating shaft arranged to the driving force transmitting member of the second unit.

An electrically-bent endoscope includes a bend driving portion for bending a bending portion. The bend driving portion has a motor for generating driving force, a gear train for transmitting driving force generated in the motor, a sprocket for converting driving force of the motor to a back and forth movement of bending operation wires for bending the bending portion at the head portion of an inserting portion, and a clutch mechanism for connecting and disconnecting driving force transmitted from the gear train to the sprocket. The clutch mechanism includes a transmitting member for connecting and disconnecting the gear train and sprocket, a thrust mechanism for moving the transmitting member in the axial direction of the sprocket and a clutch operating member, connected to the thrust mechanism, for inputting instructions for connecting and disconnecting the gear train and the sprocket.
